After several editions devoted to digital decoration technologies, the 9th Acimac Annual Meeting (Modena, 21-28 November 2017) turned its attention to the highly topical issue of large-size ceramic tiles, panels and slabs. The two sessions were
fully packed out with more than 500 industry professionals in attend-ance, confirming the event’s role as a major appointment in the Italian ceramic district’s conference programme. Organised in collaboration with Ceramic World Review and sponsored by Tecnargilla, the conference offered a comprehensive picture of the state of the art of technology for manufacturing and processing ceramic panels and slabs, highly innovative value-added products which are increasingly in demand
in the market, particularly for use in contem-porary architecture.
