بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر دو سو تواني آموزش عالي و تحليل قدرت هدايت – وابستگي با استفاده از تركيب مدلسازي تفسيري – ساختاري

Investigating the Factors Affecting ambidexterity in Higher Education and Driving-Dependence Power Analysis Using Interpretive-Structural Modeling

يك سازمان آموزشي دو سو توان قـادر بـه انجام هر دو بهره­ برداري از شايستگي­ هاي موجود و بررسي فرصت­ هـاي جديـد بـوده و سازمان آموزشي را در افـزايش كـارايي و رقابت­پذيري توانمند مي­ سازند. براي اين منظور ايجاد مدل­هاي مناسب از عوامل مؤثر بر دو سو تواني مي ­تواند كارايي و رقابت­ پذيري سازمان آموزشي­ ها را افزايش دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر دو سو تواني آموزش عالي و تحليل قدرت هدايت – وابستگي با استفاده از تركيب مدلسازي تفسيري - ساختاري با هدف طراحي و ارائه مدلي براي دو سو تواني سازمان آموزشي و تحليل قدرت هدايت – وابستگي با استفاده از تركيب مدل سازي ساختاري- تفسيري بود. جامعه پژوهش را تمامي مديران سازمان­ هاي آموزشي در شهرستان تبريز در سال 99 - 1398 تشكيل مي‌دادند. نمونه اين پژوهش شامل 382 نفر ازمديران اين سازمان ­هاي آموزشي بودند كه با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه­ اي دو مرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه‌هاي معتبر داراي پايايي و روايي و همچنين پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود و داده ها با روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي تجزيه‌وتحليل شد. يافته ­ها ن نشان داد كه عوامل ساختاري و فرآيندي به ترتيب به عنوان تأثيرگذارترين و تأثيرپذيرترين عامل بر دو سو تواني سازمان­هاي آموزشي قلمداد مي­ گردند. به ‌طوركلي نتايج مطالعه نشان ­دهنده اهميت مدل طراحي شده براي مديران واحد­هاي آموزشي شهرستان تبريز بود تا با به كارگيري آن بتوانند دو سو تواني را در واحدهاي خود افزايش دهند.

An ambidextrous educational organization is able to both take advantage of the existing competencies and explore new relevant opportunities, which empowers the organization to promote its efficiency and competitiveness. For this purpose, creating appropriate models of the factors affecting ambidexterity can increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the educational organization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting ambidexterity in higher education and driving-dependence power analysis using interpretive-structural modeling with the aim of designing and presenting a model for ambidexterity in higher education. The population of this study included all managers of educational organizations in Tabriz city in 2019-20. The participants of this study included 382 managers from these educational organizations who were selected by two-stage cluster random sampling. Valid and reliable questionnaires as well as a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect the data. The present study had a descriptive correlational design, and the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Findings showed that structural and procedural factors influence, and are influenced by, the ambidexterity of educational organizations. Overall, the results of the study showed the importance of the model designed for managers at micro and macro educational structures in Tabriz, which can be used to enhance ambidexterity in their units.
