چكيده فارسي :
ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺣﯿﺎت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﻧﺴﺎن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ آن در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از اﺟﺰاي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻠﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﺑﻬﺮه وري در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ اﯾﺠﺎد اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي اﻧﺴﺎن اﺳﺖ. ازﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﻬﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، آﺳﯿﺒﻬﺎي ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي اﻧﮕﯿﺰﺷﯽ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ، ﺿﺮورت اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﻬﺮه وري و ﺿﻌﻒ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﮕﯿﺰﺷﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ اﯾﺠﺎب ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻧﯿﺎز و اﻧﮕﯿﺰش اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﻮد؛ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ در راﺳﺘﺎي اﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف، در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، از ﺻﺤﯿﻔﻪ ﺳﺠﺎدﯾﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻨﺒﻊ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ اﻟﮕﻮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ، ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻀﻤﻮن و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣﮑﺲ ﮐﯿﻮدا اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. دراﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﺲ از ﮐﻨﮑﺎش در ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ داده ﻫﺎ، اﻟﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ از ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ، ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺣﯿﺎت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي دهﮔﺎﻧﻪ آن ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻔﯽ ﻣﺘﻤﺎﯾﺰ از ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The need for social life contains an important part of human life, which must be considered in the organization as a component of the social environment. The reason for this underlies the fact that one of the most important factors for improving productivity in the organization encloses the ability to create effective motivation in employees on the basis of the recognition of human needs. On the other hand, cultural differences, damages caused by resorting to Western motivational models, the need to increase productivity and the deficiencies of motivational tools in Iranian organizations suggest that the local models be provided to recognize human needs and motivation based on Islamic culture. Hence, in line with this objective, Sahifah Sajjadiyah is used as a data resource of this research in order to compile the model. Max Kyoda software was used for data analysis of this thematic analysis research. Having explored the data set, a new model of needs based on Islamic culture was designed under the title of the needs for social life, the ten components of which provided a distinguished definition of human resource needs.
