ﭼﮑﯿﺪه اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺣﻀﺮت اﺑﺮاﻫﯿﻢ)ع( در ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮاﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ اﯾﺸﺎن ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ روﺑﻪ رو ﺑﻮد درﺻﺪد اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان آن ﺣﻀﺮت را ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از اﺑﻌﺎد ﭼﺮﺧﻪ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان ﺟﺎﻣﻊ اراﺋﻪ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮردي ﺳﯿﺮه ﺣﻀﺮت اﺑﺮاﻫﯿﻢ)ع( ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺣﺎﺋﺰ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﯾﺠﺎد اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان آن ﺣﻀﺮت ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي اﻣﺮوزي ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻋﺎم ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ـ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﺘﻮن و اﺳﻨﺎد اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ـ ﭘﺪﯾﺪارﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻧﻪ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺮﻣﻮﻧﺘﯿﮏ در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﺘﻮن در ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮐﺮدن اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان ﺣﻀﺮت اﺑﺮاﻫﯿﻢ)ع( ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از اﺑﻌﺎد ﭼﺮﺧﻪ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي، آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ، ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ و ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزي ﺳﻌﯽ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﺎ داﺷﺘﻦ ذﻫﻨﯽ ﮐﻞ ﻧﮕﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺧﻮد ﻣﺸﮑﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ را ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ، و اﯾﺠﺎد ﺑﺤﺮاﻧﯽ ﻋﻤﺪي، ﺑﺤﺮاﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ را ﻣﻬﺎر ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭘﻨﻬﺎن و راﻫﺒﺮدي اﺳﺖ و در رﻓﻊ آن ﺑﺤﺮان اﻗﺪام ﮐﻨﻨﺪ.

This study is intended at identifying the method of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) in managing the crises he faced, in order to design the model of his crisis management by referring to the dimensions of the comprehensive crisis management system cycle. A case study of the life story of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) can be important in that the creation of a crisis management model of this Prophet can present a good model for crisis management in today's organizations in general. This applied research follows a descriptive-analytical method for data collection. Review the related texts and documents contains the tool for data collection. Througha qualitative-phenomenological approach using hermeneutic analysis method, this research reviews the texts for identifying the dimensions and components of crisis management of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) using the dimensions of the comprehensive crisis management system according to the components of prevention, preparedness, response and reconstruction. The results of the analysis revealed that through a clear mind, managers can identify the main challenges in their organizations, and take action to resolve the crises by creating a deliberate crisis, control strategic hidden crises.
