چكيده فارسي :
اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺣﺎوي ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي اﻣﺮوزي ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﮐﺎرﻫﺎي ﺧﻮد، ﺑﻪ آن ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪﻧﺪ. از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﻧﻬﺞ اﻟﺒﻼﻏﻪ از آﻣﻮزه ﻫﺎي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺳﺮﺷﺎر اﺳﺖ و ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﻬﺎي ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻣﻬﻢ ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻀﻤﻮن، ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﻬﺎي ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻧﻬﺞ اﻟﺒﻼﻏﻪ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻀﻤﻮن،231 ﻣﻀﻤﻮن ﭘﺎﯾﻪ، 67 ﻣﻀﻤﻮن ﻓﺮﻋﯽ، 8 ﻣﻀﻤﻮن اﺻﻠﯽ و 4 ﻣﻀﻤﻮن ﮐﻠﯽ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﮥ اﻋﺘﻤﺎدﭘﺬﯾﺮي از ارزش اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻟﯿﻨﮑﻠﻦ و ﮔﻮﯾﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﮥ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﻮاﻓﻖ ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻪ ﮔﺬار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي رواﯾﯽ از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻧﺴﺒﯽ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا )CVR( و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا )CVI( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﮐﻤﯽِ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش Dematel، راﺑﻄﮥ ﯾﮑﻄﺮﻓﻪ و دوﻃﺮﻓﻪ، ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﻬﺎي ﮐﻠﯽ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ اﺧﻼق ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در ﻣﯿﺎن ﭼﻬﺎر ﻣﻀﻤﻮن ﮐﻠﯽ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎط اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و دﻗﺖ در اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ اﻓﺮاد، ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻋﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎط اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺮاﺋﻂ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ را ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﻬﺎ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Organizational ethics contains moral standards that organizations of these days need to carry out their business well. On the other hand, considering the fact that Nahj al-Balaghah is full of moral instructions, it is possible to explain the themes of organizational ethics excellence through this important source. This is a mixed research. In the qualitative part, the themes of organizational ethics excellence were extracted from Nahj al-Balaghah through theme analysis. Using theme analysis, 231 basic themes, 67 sub-themes, 8 main themes and 4 general themes were extracted. Lincoln and Juba's trust value was used to measure the reliability. Reliability was confirmed by agreement coefficient between the two identifiers. The relative content validity coefficient (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) were used for confirming the validity. Using Dematel method in a quantitative part of the research, the one-way and two-way relationships and the general themes of organizational ethics excellence were examined. Attention to ethical relation and precise selection of individuals composed the causal elements among the four general themes extracted. Furthermore, paying attention to moral communication and consideration of creating moral conditions and environment presented the most interaction with other themes.
