چكيده فارسي :
ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﺑﺮاي ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮ راه ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﻫﺴﺖ، اﻧﺘﺨﺎب اﻟﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﯾﺎ ﭼﻬﺎرﭼﻮﺑﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ، درﺳﺖ و ﻋﻤﯿﻖ از ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ اﻟﮕﻮي ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺧﺎدم ﯾﺎران آﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺪس رﺿﻮي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن ﺑﻪ آن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﻧﺸﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در آﻏﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮔﺴﺘﺮده ادﺑﯿﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ، و ﺳﭙﺲ ازﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺎدم ﯾﺎران، ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺴﺌﻮل در آﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺪس رﺿﻮي ﺣﺠﻢ زﯾﺎدي از داده ﻫﺎ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﭼﻨﺪ ﻧﻮﺑﺖ ﻣﺮور ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﯾﺎدداﺷﺘﻬﺎ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ )ﭘﻨﺞ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﻪ ﮔﺬاري و ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي اﻃﻼﻋﺎت( اﻗﺪام ﺷﺪ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ از ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﻤﻨﺪان، اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺧﺎدم ﯾﺎران آﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺪس رﺿﻮي )ﭼﻬﺎر ﻧﻮع ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت اﺳﺖ از: ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﯽ ﻣﻨﺖ ﺟﻬﺎدي، ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي، ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠﯽ و ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ( اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه، اﻟﮕﻮي ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺧﺎدم ﯾﺎران در آﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺪس اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه است
چكيده لاتين :
One of the problems in identifying the competencies that organizations face involves the selection of a concept model or a comprehensive, accurate and in-depth framework of organizational competencies. This research is intended to design a competency model for the servant helpers of Astan Quds Razavi, which has not been dealt with so far. In this regard, an extensive study was carried out regarding research literature, and a large amount of data was collected through interviews with servant helpers, experts and responsible managers in Astan Quds Razavi. Having reviewed the interviews and the related documents several times, the researchers analyzed the data on the basis of the grounded theory (covering all five steps of identifying and classifying data). In the next stage, based on the results of analyzing the interviews and the theories and scientific findings, the dimensions and components of the competencies of Astan Ghodsar Razavi's servant helpers were identified. four types of competence including sincere Jihadi service, individual competencies, interactional competencies, organizational competence were identified. Finally, the competency model of the servant helpers in Astan Quds Razavi was designed.
