ارائه الگوي تعالي معنويت سازماني با تأكيد بر آموزه هاي اسلامي در سازمان بيمه سلامت ايران

Designing an Organizational Spirituality Excellence Model:Emphasis on the Islamic Teachings in the Health Insurance Organization of Iran

هدف اين پژوهش فهم الگوي تعالي معنويت سازماني با تأكيد بر آموزه هاي اسلامي و ارائه راهكارهايي به منظور تعالي معنويت در سازمان بيمه سلامت ايران است. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از رويكرد تركيبي به شناسايي اجزاي الگوي تعالي معنويت سازماني با رويكرد اسلامي و ترسيم روابط آنها پرداخته شده است. در بخش كيفي با استفاده از اطلاعات مصاحبه و نظر خبرگان و روش تحليل مضمون، ابعاد الگوي تعالي معنويت در سازمان با رويكرد اسلامي شناسايي شده است. در ادامه با روش الگوسازي ساختاري تفسيري، سطح بندي معيارهاي الگوي تعالي معنويت سازماني با رويكرد اسلامي طراحي شد. اين امر بر اساس توزيع پرسشنامه بين اعضاي سازمان بيمه سلامت ايران انجام شده است. بر اساس روش تحليل مضمون، 53 مضمون پايه نهايي و هشت مضمون سازماندهنده و سه مضمون فراگير استخراج شده است. يافته هاي تحليل مضمون نشان مي دهد كه اجزاي اصلي الگوي تعالي معنويت در سازمان با رويكرد اسلامي فضائل اخلاقي، بنيانهاي معرفتي سازمان، رعايت اصول اخلاقي و وجداني نسبت به كاركنان، عملكرد سازمان با رويكرد اسلامي، فضاي معنوي مؤثر بر عملكرد سازمان، اصول اخلاقي سازمان نسبت به ذي نفعان، عدالت محوري و رشد و ارتقاي فرهنگي و معنوي كاركنان است. نتايج روش الگوسازي معادلات ساختاري حاكي است كه "بنيانهاي معرفتي" داراي بيشترين قدرت نفوذ و "عملكرد سازمان با رويكرد اسلامي" داراي بيشترين وابستگي است.

This study is aimed at explaining the organizational spirituality excellence model with emphasis on Islamic teachings, as well as providing solutions for spiritual excellence in the Health Insurance Organization of Iran. Employing mixed method, this study intends to identify the components of the model of organizational spirituality excellence and their relationships through an Islamic approach. Using the data gained by the interviews and the opinion of experts through thematic analysis, the dimensions of the model of spiritual excellence in the organization with an Islamic approach were identified. Then, the leveling of the criteria of the model of organizational spirituality excellence was performed with an Islamic approach. This was fulfilled by distributing the questionnaires among the members of the Health Insurance Organization of Iran. Thematic analysis method finally resulted in 53 basic themes, eight organizing themes and three comprehensive themes. The findings of the content analysis indicated that the main components of the model of spiritual excellence in the organization with an Islamic approach includes moral Islamic virtues, the organization's knowledge foundations, adherence to ethical principles and conscience with regard employees, the organization's performance with an Islamic approach, and the spiritual atmosphere affecting the organization's performance. Stakeholders are justice-oriented and the cultural and spiritual growth and promotion of employees are considered. The results of structural equation modeling revealed that epistemological foundations mostly influence the process, and organizational performance with Islamic approach stands at the highest dependence.
