چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ واﺳﻄﻪ اي ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻞ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻃﺮﺣﻮاره ﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﺳﺎزﮔﺎر اوﻟﯿﻪ و ﺑﺎورﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر 293 ﻧﻔﺮ از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن زن ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻃﺮﺣﻮاره ﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﺳﺎزﮔﺎر اوﻟﯿﻪ )YSQ(، ﺑﺎورﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ )RBI( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻞ ﺗﻌﺎرض رﺣﯿﻢ ﻧﺴﺨﻪ دوم )ROCI-II( ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ روش ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار AMOS
اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﻃﺮﺣﻮاره ﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﺳﺎزﮔﺎر اوﻟﯿﻪ و ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻞ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ )ﺳﺒﮏ ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﮕﯽ و ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺤﻪ( ﺑﺮ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ، در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻃﺮﺣﻮاره ﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﺳﺎزﮔﺎر اوﻟﯿﻪ و ﺑﺎورﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ، ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻞ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ، ﻧﻘﺶ واﺳﻄﻪ اي داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ درﻣﺎﻧﮕﺮان ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ، ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻃﺮﺣﻮاره ﻫﺎ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﺣﻞ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﺎن، ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ را در رواﺑﻂ آن ﻫﺎ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﻨﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present study was to determine the mediating role of effective conflict resolution styles on the relationship between maladaptive early schemas and irrational relationship beliefs. This was done in the framework of causal model. The method was correlation. For this reason 293 female undergraduate and postgraduate students of university of Tehran, Which were selected by random multi-stage cluster sampling, completed a Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ, 1990), The Relationship Belief Inventory (RBI, 1982) and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory–II (ROCI-II,1983). Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with AMOS software. Finding revealed that direct effect of early maladaptive schemas and effective conflict solving styles (integration style and compromise style) was significant on relationship beliefs (p = 0/001). Also, in the relationship between maladaptive early schemas and relationship beliefs, the effective conflict solving styles had a mediating role (p < 0/01). Therefore, therapists can reduce the impact of relationship beliefs in their clients by evaluating early maladaptive schemas and increasing the skills of effective conflict resolution.
