ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ زوجدرﻣﺎﻧﯽ رﻓﺘﺎري ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻫﯿﺠﺎن و ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ زﻧﺎن ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﯿﻤﻪآزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن-ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل اﺳـﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ زﻧﺎن ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ 2 ﺷـﻬﺮﺳـﺘﺎن ﻗﻢ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي از ﻧﻮع در دﺳــﺘﺮس ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺻــﻮرت ﮐﻪ از ﻣﯿﺎن داوﻃﻠﺒﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﭘﺎﯾﯿﺰ ﺳــﺎل 97 ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزﺷــﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯿﺎب ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ و ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮ ﺳ ﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﭘﺎ ﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ، اﻓﺮادي ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﺮه ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻨﯽ در ﭘﺮ ﺳ ﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﮐ ﺴﺐ ﮐﺮده ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ 15 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و 15 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﭘﺮوﺗﮑﻞ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ روﯾﮑﺮد زوجدرﻣﺎﻧﯽ رﻓﺘﺎري ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﺟﻠﺴــﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷــﯽ اﺟﺮا ﺷــﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮ ﺳ ﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻫﯿﺠﺎن )CERQ( ﮔﺎرﻧﻔ ﺴﮑﯽ و ﮐﺮاﯾﺞ )2006( و ﭘﺮ ﺳ ﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ )MIS( ﺗﺎﻣﭙﺴﻮن و واﮐﺮ )1983( ﺑﻮد. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار 21-SPSS ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸـــﺎن داد ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ روﯾﮑﺮد زوجدرﻣﺎﻧﯽ رﻓﺘﺎري ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻫﯿﺠﺎن، اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ اﺳﺖ )0/001
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the present study was to Investigate the effect of of Educating integrative behavioral couple therapy On the cognitive emotion regulation and marital intimacy of Married women in the city of Qom. The present study Had a pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population consisted of all married people attending the primary education center Darmanyab in Qom city, district 2, in spring 1998. Among the subjects who answered the questionnaire, those who had a low score in the questionnaire were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of experimental and control, each containing 15 members . For the experimental group, the learning protocol was based on the integrative behavioral couple therapy Continues for 16 sessions (twice week one hour).The instruments used in this study were Cognitive Emotion Regulation questionnaire (CERQ) of Garnovskii and Krai (2006) and Marital Intimacy Scale (MIS) of Thompson & Walker (1983). Data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis using SPSS-21. The results of this study showed that education based on integrative behavioral couple therapy is effective on cognitive emotion regulation (P <0.001). Also, the results of the study showed that education based on integrative behavioral couple therapy was effective on marital intimacy of couples (P <0.001). Findings of this study suggest that training based on integrative behavioral couple therapy Can be effective on cognitive regulation of emotion and marital intimacy and its implementation in educational centers is recommended
