چكيده فارسي :
يكي از فعاليت هايي كه در بيشتر سازمان ها از گزينه هاي مهم برون سپاري محسوب مي شود، فعاليت هاي نگهداري و تعميرات است. فعاليت هاي نت، با توجه به اينكه جزء اهداف اصلي سازمان ها محسوب نمي شود و مزيت رقابتي خاصي به دنبال ندارد، از قابليت برون سپاري بالايي برخوردار است. بي توجهي به امر نگهداري و تعمير تجهيزات به ويژه دستگاه هاي پيچيده، حساس و گران قيمت، هزينه هاي زيادي را به سازمان تحميل مي كند و مشكلات زيادي را براي آن سازمان به وجود مي آورد. عمده ترين دلايل اين امر افزايش بهره وري كار، كاهش هزينه هاي نت، تمركز بيشتر سازمان روي فعاليت هاي اصلي، استفاده از مهارت تخصصي در نت، كاهش حجم كاري نيروهاي داخلي، افزايش دسترسي به تجهيزات تخصصي، كاهش خطر، افزايش امكان اطمينان، افزايش كيفيت، همگام شدن با تغيير فناوري و تنوع پيمانكاران ذكرشده است؛ هرچند اين امر خطراتي مانند مشكلات قبول مسئوليت و برنامه ريزي و طرح ريزي نت، دشواري تدارك و نظارت نيروهاي كار و سازمان دهي و جايگزيني پيمان كاران در انتهاي قرارداد نيز متصور است. اين پژوهش در دو فاز متفاوت انجام گرفته است: در مرحله نخست، معيارهاي برون سپاري و اقتصاد مقاومتي بامطالعه متون علمي و كسب نظرات خبرگان شركت حمل ونقل آزادگان استخراج شده و مبناي تهيه پرسش نامه قرارگرفته است. در مرحله دوم، با كمك معيارهاي اقتصاد مقاومتي، معيارهاي برون سپاري با استفاده از تكنيك هاي تصميم گيري با معيارهاي چندگانه (مدل TOPSIS) اولويت بندي شدند. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه هزينه نت، كيفيت نت و دسترسي به اطلاعات محرمانه شركت رتبه اول تا سوم را كسب كردند.
