Political participation of the people of Kashmar in the elections of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the City Council: A comparative study of the elections of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the City Council until 2017

مشاركت يا عدم مشاركت شهروندان يكي از مهمترين معيارهاي مشروعيت نظام سياسي هر جامعه تلقي ميشود. مشاركت سياسي تحت تاثير عوامل مختلف است. اين پژوهش به دنبال بررسي مقايسه اي مشاركت سياسي مردم شهر كاشمر در انتخابات مجلس شوراي اسلامي و شوراي شهر تا سال 1396 مي باشد. وجود تفاوت ميان مشاركت سياسي مردم شهر كاشمر در انتخابات مجلس شوراي اسلامي و شوراي شهر، فرضيه پژوهش است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي - پيمايشي است و جمع آوري داده ها به دو روش كمي و كيفي صورت گرفته است. به استناد داده هاي توصيفي و نظري و با بهره گيري از مدل نظري تركيبي، فرضيه موصوف مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفت. سپس فرضيات با استفاده از پرسشنامه و نرم افزار spss نسخه 18 آزمون گرديد. مقايسه بر اساس دو محور احزاب و هويت محلي و قومي و پرسش هاي مرتبط با اين محورها و شاخص هاي آن ها صورت گرفت. بين مدل نظري با توصيفات آماري پيوند برقرار گرديد. شواهد پژوهش حاكي از آن است مشاركت سياسي مردم شهر كاشمر در انتخابات مجلس شوراي اسلامي تحت تاثير احزاب و انتخابات شوراي شهر تحت تاثير مسايل قومي و روابط قبيله گي و محلي است.

Participation or lack of participation of citizens is considered as one of the most important criteria for the legitimacy of the political system of each society. Political participation is influenced by various factors. Political awareness, the propaganda of candidates and political groups, the social and political standing of candidates and their personal characteristics and their supporters influence the level of political participation of citizens in different elections. In discussions related to the analysis of voter behavior, people's motivating factors for participating in elections and the question of what factors lead voters to decide to vote for a particular party or person are emphasized.This research seeks to a comparative study about the political participation of the people of Kashmar city in elections to the Islamic parliament and the city council. For this purpose, a questionnaire and the SPSS software version 18 were used to test the hypotheses. Evidence of the research shows that, there is a meaningful relationship between the political participation of Kashmar people in the Islamic parliamentary elections and the city council elections. Also, the political participation of the people of Kashmar in the Islamic parliamentary elections is influenced by the parties. an‎d the city council elections are influenced by tribal issues and tribal and local relationships.
