بررسي تطبيقي جايگاه استراتژيك درياي مازندران در معادلات جنگ جهاني دوم و ائتلاف ايران و روسيه پس از انقلاب اسلامي

A Comparative Study of the Strategic Position of the Caspian Sea in the Equations of World War II and the Iran-Russia Coalition after the Islamic Revolution

مقاله حاضر به بررسي جايگاه استراتژيك درياي مازندران و تاثير آن بر روابط بين ايران و روسيه از خلال دو دوره ي تاريخي مهم مي پردازد: 1) جنگ جهاني دوم تا پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي؛ 2) از انقلاب اسلامي تا به امروز. سيوال اصلي مقاله بدين قرار است: جايگاه درياي مازندران و به ويژه موقعيت استراتژيك و ژيوپليتيك آن چرا و چگونه در شكل گيري روابط بين ايران و روسيه سهم عمده اي ايفا كرده است؟ فرضيه اي كه بر اين مبنا مي توان مطرح كرد: علاوه بر اشتراك منافع عيني در حوزه پيراموني درياي مازندران مانند منابع نفت و گاز و حفظ امنيت و استحكام روابط با سه كشور ديگر حوزه خزر، مولفه هاي ايديولوژيك و از جمله به چالش كشيدن قدرت و هژموني آمريكا در شكل گيري روابط مزبور پس از انقلاب اسلامي ايران، اهميت خاصي مي يابد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه هميشه يك تعريف متصلب از حوزه پيراموني درياي مازندران و شكل گيري منافع بر اساس همان تعريف وجود نداشته است؛ بالعكس، روابط پر فراز و نشيب ايران و روسيه، به ويژه در حوزه خزر، بر مبناي درك همجواري استراتژيك از يك سو و بازتعريف منافع مزبور از سوي ديگر همراه بوده است. روش تحقيقي در اين مقاله، جمع آوري منابع و اسناد به شيوه كتابخانه اي و تجزيه و تحليل داده هاست.

The present article examines the strategic position of the Caspian Sea and its impact on relations between Iran and Russia through two important historical periods: 1) World War II until the victory of the Islamic Revolution; 2) From the Islamic Revolution until today. The main question of the article is: the position of the Caspian Sea and especially its strategic and geopolitical position, why and how it has played a major role in shaping relations between Iran and Russia? The hypothesis can be based on this: In addition to sharing objective interests in the Caspian Sea, such as oil and gas resources and maintaining security and strong relations with the other three Caspian states, ideological components, including challenging US power and hegemony in The formation of these relations became especially important after the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The results of the research show that there has not always been a rigid definition of the Caspian Sea periphery and the formation of interests based on the same definition; On the contrary, the tumultuous relations between Iran and Russia, especially in the Caspian Basin, have been based on the understanding of strategic proximity on the one hand and the redefinition of these interests on the other. The research method in this article is to collect sources and documents in a library method and analyze the data.
