چكيده فارسي :
يكي از اهداف سيستم گزينش دانشجو، تحقق عدالت هست. در همين راستا، اين پژوهش باهدف بررسي عدالت رويه‌اي در سيستم گزينش دانشجو براي مقطع كارشناسي صورت گرفت. براي رسيدن به اين هدف از روش پژوهش تركيبي بهره برده شد. بدين شكل كه ابتدا مصاحبه‌هايي با خبرگان انجام گرفت و نهايتاً با روش تحليل مضمون مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند و شاخص‌هايي از عدالت رويه‌اي براي بررسي سيستم گزينش دانشجو به دست آمد. سپس پرسشنامه‌اي تهيه و در اختيار دانشجويان و اعضاي هيئت‌علمي قرار داده شد تا در رابطه با ميزان تحقق شاخص‌هاي مذكور در سيستم گزينش دانشجو، ديدگاه‌هاي آنان سنجيده شود. داده‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي تحليل شدند و يافته‌هايي به دست آمد. اين يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهند كه از ديدگاه هر دو گروه دانشجويان و اعضاي هيئت‌علمي، سيستم گزينش دانشجو از جهت عدالت رويه‌اي در وضعيت مناسبي قرار ندارد. همچنين طبق اين يافته‌ها مي‌توان گفت كه اختلاف معني‌داري ميان ديدگاه‌هاي دانشجويان و اعضاي هيئت‌علمي در رابطه با ميزان تحقق عدالت رويه‌اي در سيستم گزينش دانشجو وجود دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the aims of the student selection system is to achieve justice. In this regard, the study was conducted to investigate the procedural justice in the student selection system for bachelor's degrees. To achieve this aim, the mixed method was used. First, data were collected through interviews with experts and analyzed by thematic analysis method, and thus, indexes for procedural justice were obtained to examine the student selection system. Then, the views of students and faculty members regarding the level of fulfillment of the mentioned indexes in the student selection system were collected through a questionnaire and were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and findings were obtained. These findings indicate that both groups of students and faculty members believe the student selection system is not in a good position in terms of procedural justice. Also, according to these findings, there is a significant difference between the views of students and faculty members regarding the level of fulfillment of procedural justice in the student selection system.
