اخلاق معلمي و ويژگي‌هاي تدريس از منظر قرآن و روايات

Teacher Ethics and Characteristics of Teaching from the Perspective of Quran and Hadiths-

زمينه و هدف: تعليم و تربيت در هر كشوري نيازمند معلماني شايسته و توانمند است. با توجه به اينكه در آموزه‌هاي اسلامي، ويژگي‌هاي معلمان و خصايص تدريس بيان شده است، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي خصايص اخلاق معلمي و ويژگي‌هاي تدريس از منظر قرآن و روايات است. روش: تحقيق از نوع توصيفي بود و با روش كتابخانه‌اي انجام شد. براي گردآوري اطلاعات، آيات و روايات مرتبط با موضوع، مورد شناسايي و بررسي قرار گرفتند، سپس داده‌ها با استفاده از برگه‌هاي فيش‌برداري جمع‌آوري و مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد در آيات قرآن و روايات خصوصيات اخلاقي براي معلمان بيان شده است. اين خصوصيات عبارت‌اند از: مدارا، عدالت، تواضع و فروتني، صداقت، هماهنگي گفتار با كردار و سعه صدر. همچنين در آيات قرآن و روايات به خصايص تدريس معلمان نيز توجه شده است. اين خصايص عبارت‌اند از: صلاحيت علمي، آموزش عملي، سخن در حد فهم شنوندگان، بلاغت در بيان و گفتار. ويژگي‌هاي مذكور موجب مي‌شود تا معلم بهتر به وظايف تربيتي خود عمل كند و در ايجاد مهارت‌هاي علمي و عملي توفيق بيشتري كسب كند و افراد را براي جامعه‌اي سالم و مطلوب آماده سازد.

Background and objectives: Education in any country needs qualified and capable teachers. Considering that the characteristics of teachers and the characteristics of teaching are stated in Islamic teachings the purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of teacher ethics and the characteristics of teaching from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadiths. Methodology: The research was descriptive and conducted using library method. In order to collect the data, verses and narrations related to the subject were identified and examined; then the data were collected and analyzed using note-taking. Findings and results: Findings showed that in the verses of the Quran and hadiths, moral characteristics are expressed for teachers. These characteristics are: tolerance, justice, humility, honesty, harmony of speech with action and generosity. The verses of the Qur'an and hadiths also pay attention to the teaching characteristics of teachers. These characteristics are: scientific competence, practical training, speech to the extent understood by the listeners, rhetoric in expression and speech. These characteristics enable the teacher to perform his / her educational duties better, to be more successful in creating scientific and practical skills, and to prepare people for a healthy and desirable society.
