Investigating the Role of Developing Citizenship Rights Mechanisms in Strengthening Tourism

امروزه حوزه هاي نويني در هزاره سوم با توجه به روند جهاني شدن باز شده و نوعا باعث شده است منابع جديد درآمدي در اختيار دولت ها قرار گيرد، بدون ترديد يكي از اين حوزه ها صنعت توريسم و گردشگري ست. توسعه اين صنعت تا بتواند به شكوفايي پايدار برسد نيازمند وجود زيرساخت هاي (نرم‌افزاري و سخت افزاري) مي باشد كه بتواند جذابيت را به اين صنعت ببخشد. يكي از اين حوزه ها در بخش نرم‌افزاري وجود قوانين حمايتي توريسم و گردشگري با ضمانت اجراي واقعي است كه ظرفيت مكانيسم هاي حقوق شهروندي در ايران مي‌تواند بستر مناسبي براي گسترش اين امر باشد. در اين مقاله درصدد يافتن پاسخي براي اين سوال هستيم آيا توسعه مكانيسم هاي حقوق شهروندي در حوزه قانونگذاري نقشي در رونق صنعت گردشگري و توريسم ايفا مي كند يا خير؟ با رويكردهاي توصيفي و تحليلي ميان رشته اي به دنبال پاسخي قانع كننده براي اين امر هستيم .

Today, new areas have opened up in the third millennium due to globalization and have typically provided new sources of revenue for governments, without a doubt one of these areas is the tourism industry. The development of this industry in order to achieve sustainable prosperity requires the existence of infrastructure (software and hardware) that can make this industry attractive. One of these areas in the software sector is the existence of tourism protection laws with real implementation guarantees that the capacity of civil rights mechanisms in Iran can be a good platform for expanding this. In this article, we seek to find an answer to this question: Does the development of civil rights mechanisms in the field of legislation play a role in the prosperity of the tourism industry or not?
