تحليل مولفه هاي تاثيرگذار در معاصرسازي بافت تاريخي-فرهنگي با تاكيد بر حفظ هويت(مطالعه موردي كلانشهر تبريز)

Analysis of the Components Effective in Modernization of Historical-Cultural Context of Tabriz Metropolis with Emphasis on Preservation of Identity

بافت تاريخي شهر تبريز كه نماد هويت و ميراث چند هزارساله آن است، در دوران معاصر از يك سو با پيدايش نيازها و عملكردهاي جديد و از سوي ديگر با پيدايش تمنايي براي دگرگوني ها، هويت و كاركرد فضاهاي تاريخي آن دچار دگرگوني اساسي شده است، اين پژوهش، نقش عوامل و مولفه هاي كالبدي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي-فرهنگي معاصرسازي را در عرصه بافت تاريخي-فرهنگي كلانشهر تبريز، با تاكيد بر حفظ هويت مورد تحليل قرار مي دهد، روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي- تحليلي است. شاخص هايي براي هر كدام از مولفه هاي كالبدي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي-فرهنگي معاصرسازي بر پايه ي پاسخ خبرگان، بر اساس تكنيك دلفي در نظر گرفته شد. عمل پردازش داده‌هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه، با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي آماري انجام گرفت. مولفه كالبدي بيشترين و مولفه اجتماعي-فرهنگي كمترين امتياز را در معاصرسازي بافت تاريخي كلانشهر تبريز دارند. در مرحله بعدي شاخص هاي هر كدام از مولفه ها به روش AHP فازي رتبه بندي گرديد و اين عوامل توسط تكنيك SWOT دسته بندي شد. نتايج نشان مي دهد بهبود وضعيت دسترسي در بافت، مهمترين نقطه قوت معاصرسازي بافت تاريخي، از بين رفتن بافتهاي تاريخي مهمترين ضعف، تامين زيرساخت هاي خدماتي جهت زيست پذيري بافت مهمترين فرصت و نهايتاً تاثيرات ناشي از طولاني شدن پروسه ساخت مهمترين تهديد به شمار مي آيد.

The historical context of Tabriz city, which is a symbol of its identity and a legacy of a few thousand years of this city, has experienced essential changes and transformations in its identity and application of historical spaces in recent eras that are due to the emergence of new needs and functions, and the emergence of a desire for change. The present study investigates the role of physical, economic and social- cultural components and factors related to modernization in historical-cultural context of Tabriz metropolis, with an emphasis on preserving the identity. This study is a descriptive-analytical research. For each of the physical, economic and social- cultural components of modernization some indexes were considered based on the responses of experts and Delphi technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by statistical software. Based on the findings, physical component has the greatest score and the social- cultural component has the lowest score. Later the indexes of each component were ordered based on Fuzzy AHP method. The obtained factors were categorized based on SWOT technique. The obtained results revealed that the most important strength of modernizing historical context is the development of access status in context, the most important weakness is destruction of historical contexts , the most important opportunity is providing service infrastructure for viability of the context, and finally the most important threat is the effects resulted from prolonging the manufacturing process.
