چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤـﻮل آﻓـﺮﯾﻦ ﺑـﺎ ﻧﻘـﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺗﺎبآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﺳﺎري ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫـﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، روش ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش اﺟﺮا ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳـﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﺳﺎري در ﺳﺎل 1397 ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 299 ﻧﻔـﺮ ﺑﻮده، ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن )1970( و روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﻧﺴـﺒﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ( 169 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫـﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد رﻓﺘﺎر ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ ﮐﺎﻧﺘﺮ )1998(، رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮل آﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺎس و آوﻟﯿﻮ )2000( و ﺗﺎبآوري ﮐﻮﻧـﻮر و دﯾﻮﯾﺪﺳﻮن )2003( ﺑﻮد. رواﯾﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ، ﭘﺎﯾـﺎﯾﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ )رﻓﺘﺎر ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/93، رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮلآﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺮاﺑـﺮ 0/95 و ﺗـﺎبآوري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/89 ﺻﺪم( ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﺑﺨﺶ ﺗﻮﺻـﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳـﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑـﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار Spss وLisrel اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﯿﻦ رﻓﺘـﺎر ﻧﻮآوراﻧـﻪ ﻣـﺪﯾﺮان ﺑـﺎ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮلآﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺗﺎبآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨـﯽدار وﺟـﻮد دارد. ﻫـﻢﭼﻨـﯿﻦ رﻓﺘـﺎر ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ ﺗﻮان ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺗﺎبآوري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮلآﻓﺮﯾﻦ را دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between innovative behavior of managers and transformational leadership with the mediating role of organizational resilience in Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch. This research was applied in terms of purpose, and field data collection method and descriptive correlation method were implemented. The statistical population included all employees of Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch in 1397. Of 299 employees, 169 were selected using the table of Karajsi and Morgan (1970) and the random sampling method of relative class (in terms of gender). Data collection tools were standard questionnaires for Counter-Innovative Behavior (1998), Bass and Allio’s Transformational Leadership (2000), and Connor and Davidson (2003). The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by experts, the reliability was calculated through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (innovative behavior equal to 0.93, transformational leadership equal to 0.95 and resilience equal to 0.89 percent). Descriptive and inferential sections using SPSS and LISREL were also used to analyze the data. The results suggest that there is a significant relationship between the innovative behavior of managers and transformational leadership with the medium of organizational mediation. Innovative behavior also has the ability to predict organizational resilience and transformational leadership.
