چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﺪاﯾﺶ ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﻮد. روﯾﮑﺮد ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﭘﮋوﻫﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه داﺧﻠﯽ و ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ از ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ در ﺑﺎزده زﻣﺎﻧﯽ)2013-2021( ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 100 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﮐﻞ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﺷﺪه ﻃﯽ واﮐﺎوي ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ دﺳﺘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي و ﻏﺮﺑﺎﻟﮕﺮي ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد 39 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ )10 ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ و 29 ﻣﻨﺒﻊ داﺧﻠﯽ( ﮐﻪ واﺟﺪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ و ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻧﻈﺮ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز، از ﭼﮏ ﻟﯿﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ، ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺰارش و ﺛﺒﺖ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي اوﻟﯿﻪ ﮐﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻠﯿﺪ واژه ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ، از اﻟﮕﻮي ﺷﺶ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي ﺳﻨﺘﺰﭘﮋوﻫﯽ روﺑﺮﺗﺲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد داده ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه، از 4 ﻣﻌﯿﺎر؛ ﺑﺎورﭘﺬﯾﺮي، اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﭘﺬﯾﺮي،اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن ﭘﺬﯾﺮي و ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي اﺳﺘﻘﺮاﯾﯽ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ ﻣﻘﻮﻻت، اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﯾﮏ ﭼﻬﺎرﭼﻮب ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ در ﺣﻮزه ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﮑﻮت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺣﻮل 4 ﺳﻄﺢ؛ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻓﺮدي، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to identify effective factors on the
emergence of teacher's organizational silence through synthesis research.
The research method is qualitative and of the research synthesis type.The
population of the study was comprised of all domestic and non-domestic
documents related to the subject of organizational silence from databases
between 2013 and 2021, totaling 100 articles. All received articles were
categorized and screened through content analysis, and 39 articles (10
external sources and 29 internal sources) meeting the criteria considered
in the study in the aforementioned period were selected by purposive
sampling as a statistical sample and were examined .The research tool
was a checklist created by the researcher to record initial research
information by searching for different keywords pertaining to the purpose
of the research .Roberts six steps synthetic research model was used to
data analysis. The validity of the proposed framework was evaluated on
the basis of four criteria: credibility, transferability, trustworthiness, and
confirmability. The result of the inductive and compositional content
analysis of the categories is the extraction of the conceptual framework of
the factors of organizational silence around 4 levels: organizational,
individual, managerial, and social
