چكيده فارسي :
ﻋﺼﺮ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﻋﺼﺮ ﺗﺤﻮﻻت ﺷﮕﺮف و اﺳﺎﺳﯽ درﻧﻮآوريﻫﺎ و ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻫﺎﺳﺖ و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ و ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﯾﺠﺎد ارزش و ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار اﺳــﺖ. ﻫﺪف ﮐﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺮ ﺗﺠﺎري ﺳــﺎزي داﻧﺶ در داﻧﺸـﮕﺎهﻫﺎي آزاد اﺳـﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ )ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ( ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح اﮐﺘﺸــﺎﻓﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷــﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد20 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺧﺒﺮه در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﻮﺿــﻮع ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ، اﻋﻀـﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸـﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳـﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 1537 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﺷـــﺒﺎع ﺗﻌﺪاد 10 ﻧﻔﺮ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳـــﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، ﺗﻌﺪاد 308 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼـﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳـﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺎ 41 ﺳـﻮال، و ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺠﺎري ﺳﺎزي داﻧﺶ ﺑﺎ 30 ﺳﻮال ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪي ﺑﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي SPSS وPLS اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﮑﻨﻮن ﺑﺮون زاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﮑﻨﻮن دروﻧﺰاي ﺗﺠﺎري ﺳﺎزي داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﺎرﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ 0/458 ﺑﺮﻗﺮار اﺳﺖ، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار t-value ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ )10/976( ﮐﻪ در ﺧﺎرج ﺑﺎزه )2/58 و 2/58-( ﻗﺮار دارد در ﺳـﻄﺢ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن %99 ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺮ ﺗﺠﺎري ﺳـﺎزي داﻧﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷـﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﻟﺬا ﻣﯿﺘﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﺮ ﺗﺠﺎري ﺳﺎزي داﻧﺶ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The present age is the age of dramatic and fundamental changes in innovations and technologies and is an important and vital factor for organizations in order to create sustainable value and competitive advantage. The overall purpose of this study was the effect of technology management on knowledge commercialization in Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province. In terms of purpose, this research is an application that was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. The statistical population in the qualitative section was 20 experts in the field of research and in the quantitative section, the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran Province amounted to 1537 people. 10 people and in the quantitative part according to Cochran's formula, 308 people were selected as a sample by stratified random sampling method. A researcher-made technology management questionnaire with 41 questions and a knowledge commercialization questionnaire with 30 questions were used. Confirmatory test using SPSS and PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between the exogenous variable of technology management and the latent variable of endogenous knowledge commercialization based on the path load coefficients of factor 0.458, also considering the t-value for this relationship (10.976) which is out of range (58 / 2 and 58 / 2-) is at 99% confidence level The impact of technology management on knowledge commercialization has become significant, so it can be concluded that technology management has a positive and significant effect on knowledge commercialization.
