امروزه گسترش سريع شهرنشيني همراه باافزايش انواع آلودگيهاي محيطي،تخريب چرخه هاي زيستي وايجادساختارهاي نامناسب درعرصه هاي مختلف زندگي موجب شده است تاتوجه به شهرهوشمندبه عنوان راهكاري بي بديل درجهت حل معظلات شهري موردتوجه ويژه مديران وبرنامه ريزان قرارگيرد.هدف اين تحقيق بررسي ورتبه بندي مولفه هاوشاخص هاي شهرهوشمند درمنطقه 22كلانشهرتهران مي باشد. روش تحقيق به صورت توصيفي تحليلي و با استفاده از داده‌هاي ميداني (پرسش‌نامه) است. نمونه آماري به منظور جمع آوري داده‌هاي ميداني در اين مطالعه تحت نمونه اماري از حجم كلي نمونه آماري برابر 300 نفر تشكيل شده است. تحليل آن با استفاده از تحليل هاي آماريT-test و هم‌بستگي پيرسون و TOPSIS انجام شده است. بر اين اساس نتايج تحليل اماري تاپسيس نشان مي دهد كه كه شاخص شهروندوزندگي هوشمنداز بيش‌ترين وزن به لحاظ اهميت و تاثير در ايجاد امنيت برخوردار است به طوري كه بيش‌ترين وزن TOPSIS به مقدار 0٫2313 را به خود اختصاص داده است. هم‌چنين شاخص‌هاي اقتصادهوشمندبا ميزان TOPSIS به ميزان 0٫1856 در رتبه دوم حكمروايي هوشمندبا وزن TOPSIS به مقدار 0٫1810 در رتبه سوم و شاخص هاي محيط زيست وپويايي هوشمندبا وزن TOPSIS به ترتيب به مقدار 0٫0792 و 0٫0532 در رتبه چهارم و پنجم قرار گرفته‌اند. . نتايج تحليل اماري t-test نيز مويد اين مطلب مي باشد و بر اين اساس شاخص هاي حكمروايي، محيط زيست و پويايي هوشمند در سطح معناداري مناسبي قرار دارند و شاخص هاي شهروند،زندگي واقتصاد هوشمنددر سطح معني داري متوسطي قرار دارند.

It is located in 22 metropolitan areas of Tehran. The research method is descriptive-analytical and using field data (questionnaire). Statistical sample In order to collect field data in this study, the statistical sample consisted of a total statistical sample size of 300 people. Its analysis was performed using statistical analysis of T-test and Pearson correlation and TOPSIS. Based on this, the results of TOPSIS statistical analysis show that the intelligent citizenship index has the highest weight in terms of importance and impact on creating security, so that TOPSIS has the highest weight of 2313 0 0. Also, the indicators of smart economy with TOPSIS rate of 1856 0 in the second rank of smart governance with TOPSIS weight of 1810 0 0 in the third rank and environmental and dynamic dynamics indicators with TOPSIS weight of 0 ٫ 0792 and 0532.00 in the fourth and fifth ranks, respectively. Are. The results of t-test statistical analysis also confirm this, and based on this, the indicators of governance, environment and intelligent dynamics are at a reasonable level and the indicators of citizen, life and smart economy are at a moderate level.
