اشراف اطلاعاتي يكي از نيازهاي اساسي و بنيادين و همچنين، يكي از عوامل موفقيت سازمان هاي اطلاعاتي- امنيتي است. در سيره و سنت معصومان(عليهم السلام) به اين موضوع توجه جدي شده است. مسيله اين نوشتار الگوي امام صادق(عليه السلام) در چگونگي دستيابي به اشراف اطلاعاتي است. بر اين اساس اين سوال اساسي مطرح مي شود كه اشراف اطلاعاتي امام صادق(عليه السلام) چگونه و با چه روش هايي بوده است؟ نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف توسعه اي كاربردي، و از نظر ماهيت، توصيفي تحليلي است. در گردآوري داده ها از روش هاي اسنادي و كتابخانه اي استفاده شده است؛ بدين گونه كه با تكيه بر روايات امام صادق(عليه السلام) و بررسي تاريخي سيره و سنت ايشان، شيوه ها و روش هاي اشراف اطلاعاتي حضرت استخراج و مورد تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد امام صادق(عليه السلام) براي اشراف اطلاعاتي بر دشمن به روش تدافعي، شناخت دقيق از گستره شيعيان، كتمان اطلاعات براي حفاظت از شيعيان و مهم تر از همه تقيه را براي پيشگيري از نشت اطلاعاتي و نفوذ دشمن در دستور كار قرار داد؛ و براي اشراف اطلاعاتي بر دستگاه خلافت عباسي به روش تهاجمي، از نفوذ در دستگاه خلافت، اشراف بر روحيات و خلق و خوي خلفا، اشراف بر جاسوسان خلافت، و راه اندازي سيستم و شبكه وكالت بهره بردند.

Intelligence dominance is one of the fundamental and basic needs and also one of the factors of success in the intelligence-security organizations. This issue has been given serious attention in the biography and tradition of the Infallibles (A.S.). The issue of this article is the model of Imam Sadegh (PBUH) in how to achieve intelligence dominance. Based on this, this fundamental question arises that what were the characteristics and methods of Intelligence dominance of Imam Sadegh (PBUH)? The type of this study is developmental- applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. Documentary and library methods have been used in data collection; in this way that through relying on the narrations of Imam Sadegh (PBUH) and the historical study of his biography and tradition, the methods of the intelligence dominance of the Imam have been extracted and analyzed. The findings of the study show that Imam Sadegh (PBUH) puts the intelligence dominance on enemy with defensive method, precise knowledge of the Shiites expanse, dissimulation of information for protecting Shiites and most importantly, taqiyyah (prudence) on his agenda in order to prevent the information leakage and penetration of enemy; and also, for the intelligence dominance on the Abbasid caliphate with offensive method, utilizes penetration into the caliphate system, dominance on the morale and mood of the caliphs, dominance on the spies of the caliphate and the establishment of the system and network of agents.
