شناسايي روندها و نيروهاي پيشران مؤثر بر كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي

Identifying the trends and effective driving forces on academic libraries

هدف تغيير و دگرگوني در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي با همه مباني آن در حال وقوع است و با پيشرفت هاي فن آوري، دانش فني و صنعتي اين تغيير شتاب چند برابري و غير قابل كنترلي خواهد داشت. يكي از موارد همسويي با تغييرات، در نظر گرفتن آينده است. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي روندهاي موثر بر آينده كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي و نيز شناسايي پيشران هاي موثر بر آينده كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي است. روش رويكرد اين پژوهش آينده پژوهي است. از مرور نظام مند، پنل هاي خبرگي و فرايند دلفي براي گردآوري داده ها استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از دو ابزار شامل: پنل هاي خبرگي و نرم افزار ميك مك استفاده شده است. نرم افزار ميك مك ابزاري براي تحليل ساختاري مولفه ها و متغيرهاي سازنده آينده سيستم است. از فرمول اعتبار داده ها براي سنجش اعتبار و ميزان روايي داده ها استفاده شده است. براي تعيين اتفاق نظر ميان اعضاي پانل از ضريب هماهنگي كندال استفاده شده است. نمونه مورد بررسي شامل 20 نفر از روساي كتابخانه هاي مركزي دانشگاه هاي جامع كشور، استادان و خبرگان رشته علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسي و استادان و خبرگان آينده پژوه است. يافته ها با روش مطالعه كتابخانه اي، روندهاي اصلي شناسايي شدند. پنج مولفه كليدي و پيشران شامل: "شهر هوشمند"، "همزيستي و همكاري"، "بوميان ديجيتال"، "حريم خصوصي" و "فناوري اطلاعات" در مجموع با بيشترين تاثيرپذيري و بيشترين تاثيرگذاري از نظر خبرگان بعد از دو دور دلفي مشخص شدند.

Aim: Change and Metamorphosis in university libraries are occurring with all its bases and with technological and technical knowledge advancements, this change will have a multi - fold and non - control acceleration. One of the things that aligns with changes is to take into account the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the effective trends in future academic libraries as well as identifying effective factors affecting the future of academic libraries. Method :The approach of this study is futures studies. The systematic review, the experts panel and the Delphi process have been used to collect data. To analyze the data, experts panel and Micmac software gas been used. Micmac software is a tool for structural analysis of components and future constructive variables of the system. Data validation is used to measure validity and reliability of data. To determine the consensus among panel members, the kendall'scoordination coefficient has been used. Statistical population of this research was consists of 20 directors of the central libraries of the State universities, professors and experts in the field of information and knowledge sciences and the futurist professors and professors . Findings: The main trends were identified with the method of library study and environmental scan. Five key elements and drivers consist of: "smart city", "co - existence and co - operation", "digital natives" , "privacy" and "information technology" were determined with the highest influence and influence of experts, s after two rounds of Delphi.
