چكيده فارسي :
در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺛﺮ ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب ﺑﺮ رﺷﺪ ﻃﻮﻟﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻧﺨﻮدﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻃﺮح آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آﺑﯿﺎري، ﮐﻪ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ 100درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺎز آﺑﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه )I1( و 75 درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺎز آﺑﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه )I2( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر دوم ﺳﻄﻮح ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﮐﻨﺘﺮل )S0( ، 0/5 درﺻﺪ وزﻧﯽ از ﺧﺎك ﮔﻠﺪان ) S1( و 1 درﺻﺪ وزﻧﯽ از ﺧﺎك ﮔﻠﺪان )S2( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﺳﻮم ﻣﺤﻞ ﮐﺎرﮔﺬاري ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب درون ﮔﻠﺪان ﺑﻮد؛ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎرﮔﺬاري ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب در 10ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽ ﻣﺘﺮ اول ﺧﺎك ﮔﻠﺪان )O(، ﮐﺎرﮔﺬاري ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب در ﻃﻮل ﻣﺤﺪوده رﯾﺸﻪ در ﮔﻠﺪان )M( و ﮐﺎرﮔﺬاري ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب در 10ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽ ﻣﺘﺮ آﺧﺮ ﺧﺎك ﮔﻠﺪان )U( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ، ﻫﺮ 15روز ﯾﮑﺒﺎر و ﻃﯽ ﺷﺶ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﯿﺎه اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، درﺻﻮرﺗﯽﮐﻪ ﻣﺤﻞ ﮐﺎرﮔﺬاري ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب در 10ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽﻣﺘﺮ آﺧﺮ ﺧﺎك ﮔﻠﺪان )U( ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ دوم اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ، رﺷﺪ ﻃﻮﻟﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ و در اﮐﺜﺮ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ، ﻫﻨﮕﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﻪ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 75درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺎز آﺑﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه )I2( و ﺳﻮﭘﺮﺟﺎذب ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار 0/5 درﺻﺪ وزﻧﯽ از ﺧﺎك ﮔﻠﺪان )S1( ﺑﻮد، رﺷﺪ ﻃﻮﻟﯽ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻧﺨﻮدﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺧﻮد رﺳﯿﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In this study, the effect of superabsorbent on the height of Pisum sativum L. plant under drought stress conditions was evaluated. The experiment was conducted as a factorial design in a randomized complete block design. Experimental factors included: Irrigation treatments at two levels of 100% of the plant's water requirement (I1) and 75% of the plant's water requirement (I2). The second factor was the levels of the superabsorbent application at three levels of control treatment (S0), 0.5% by weight of potting soil (S1) and 1% by weight of potting soil (S2). The third factor was the superabsorbent location in the pot, which included superabsorbent application in the first 10 cm of the soil (O) (in the root zone), superabsorbent application over the root area in the pot (M) and superabsorbent application in the last 10 cm of the pot soil (U) (in the root zone). Taking into account three replicates, a total of 42 pots were considered for this study. After applying drought stress, the plant height was measured every 15 days and along 6 stages. According to the results, when the superabsorbent application was in the last 10 cm of the pot, after the second stage of measurement, the plant height was increased and when the irrigation treatment was 75% of the plant's water requirement (I2) and superabsorbent treatment was 0.5% by weight of the potting soil, the plant height showed its maximum amount
