ارزيابي پايداري اجتماعي محلات با بهره‌گيري از شاخص هاي مشار كت (مورد مطالعه: محله حصارك همجوار با دانشگاه آزاد علوم و تحقيقات)

Assessing the Social Sustainability of Neighborhoods Using Participation Indicators (Case study: Hesarak Neighborhood Adjacent to Islamic Azad University of Science and Research)

زمينه و هدف: دانشگاه­ ها از جهات مختلفي در توسعه پايدار به خصوص توسعه پايدار اجتماعي محلي نقش پررنگي دارند. از اين جهت، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تاثير دانشگاه همجوار بر پايداري اجتماعي محله با بهره گيري از شاخص هاي مشاركت است. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش به روش پيمايشي با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ­اي با 29 گويه كه مخاطبين پرسش­نامه، ساكنان 18 تا 75 سال محله حصارك است، صورت پذيرفت. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، ساكنان محله، حدود 7090 نفر برآورد شده بود كه از 400 نفر به­عنوان نمونه آماري، اطلاعات مورد نياز در سال 1397جمع­ آوري گرديد. روايي سوالات با محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و براي تجزيه و تحليل پرسشنامه ها از آزمون t يك طرفه و در نهايت به منظور وزن كردن شاخص ­هاي پژوهش از آزمون رتبه بندي فريدمن استفاده گرديد. يافته ها: تجزيه و تحليل شاخص­ هاي پايداري اجتماعي نشان مي ­دهد كه بر خلاف انتظار، بزرگترين مشكل اين محله مربوط به ناپايداري اجتماعي به واسطه ضعف در سطح مشاركت حاصل گرديده است. بنابراين از قوي­ترين ابزارهاي ايجاد زمينه مشاركت در ساكنان محله، افزايش مشاركت هاي گروهي محلي و فرهنگي و تفريحي و نظارت انعطاف ­پذير بر فعاليت­هاي جمعي و گروهي با ايجاد حس اعتماد بين دانشگاه و ساكنان محله است. بحث و نتيجه گيري: تجزيه و تحليل تاثيرات اجتماعي دانشگاه آزاد بر محله پيراموني، ‌نشان از آن دارد كه دانشگاه آزاد علوم و تحقيقات در مجموع تاثيرات مثبتي هم بر محله همجوار(محله حصارك) داشته است. براساس مطالعات اين تحقيق، تاثير بر مشاركت اجتماعي در سطح بالا و تاثير بر پيوستگي اجتماعي در رده بعدي و در نهايت،‌ معماري اجتماعي و پشتيباني كمترين سطح را داراست كه آن را مي­ توان در عدم وجود يك نگرش جامع و همه جانبه از سوي مسئولان دانشگاه نسبت به رابطه دانشگاه و ساختار فضايي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي محله پيراموني دانست.

Background and Aims: Universities play a significant role in sustainable development in various aspects, especially sustainable local social development. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a neighboring university on the social sustainability of the neighborhood using participation indicators. Material and Methods: This research was conducted by survey method with the help of a researcher-made questionnaire with 29 items that the respondents of the questionnaire are residents of 18-75 years of Hesarak neighborhood. The statistical population of this study, the residents of the neighborhood, was estimated at about 7090 people, of which 400 people were collected as a statistical sample with required information in year 2018. The validity of the questions was assessed by calculating Cronbach''s alpha coefficient and one-way t-test was used to analyze the questionnaires and finally Friedman ranking test was used to weigh the research indicators. Findings: The analysis of social sustainability indicators shows that, contrary to expectations, the biggest problem of this neighborhood is related to social instability due to weakness in the level of participation. Therefore, one of the strongest tools to create participation in the neighborhood is to increase local, cultural and recreational group participation and flexible monitoring of group and group activities by creating a sense of trust between the university and neighborhood residents. Discussion and Conclusion: The analysis of the social effects of Azad University on the surrounding neighborhood indicates that the Azad University of Science and Research has had positive effects on the neighborhood (Hesarak neighborhood). According to the studies of this research, the effect on social participation at a high level and the effect on social cohesion in the next category and finally, ‌ social architecture and support has the lowest level, which can be in the absence of a comprehensive approach. University officials considered the relationship between the university and the spatial, social and cultural structure of the surrounding neighborhood.
