چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﻂ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﮐﻪ در آن ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت ﻓﻨﯽ وﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏﻫﺎﯾﯽ دارد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ را ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺗﻮام در ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﮕﯿﺮﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﺳﺪ ﻃﺎﻟﻘﺎن ﺗﺎ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﻫﺸﺘﮕﺮد اﺑﺘﺪا ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﭘﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯽ )ﺷﯿﺐ، ارﺗﻔﺎع( ، ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي اراﺿﯽ، ﺗﺮاﮐﻢ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ، ﻃﻮل ﺧﻂ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ، رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ و ﺟﺎده، ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ و ﻣﮑﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ، ﺳﮑﻮﻧﺖﮔﺎهﻫﺎ، ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ ﺣﺴﺎس زﯾﺴﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﺬﻫﺒﯽ- ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ، و ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻧﻘﺸﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﺎﯾﻪ و اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﻣﮑﺎن ﻫﻨﺪﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ از Google Earth، اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺶ و ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت زﻣﯿﻨﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از آن اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ GISﺑﺎرﮔﺬاري و ﭘﺲ از اﻋﻤﺎل وزن دﻫﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺧﺎص، ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ ارزشﮔﺬاري، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ و ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻟﮕﻮرﯾﺘﻢ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﻣﺴﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﻣﺴﯿﺮ آﺑﻔﺎ و ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه، ﺑﺎ ﻫﻢ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰارﻫﺎي ArcGISو ادرﯾﺴﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ دو ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻫﻢ ﻣﻨﻄﺒﻖ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ آﺑﻔﺎ، 14 درﺻﺪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻋﻤﺪه ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ اﺿﺎﻓﯽ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ آﺑﻔﺎ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از ﺗﻘﺎﻃﻊ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﺎ رودﺧﺎﻧﻪ و ﺟﺎده، ﻋﺒﻮر از ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﺠﺎز، ﻋﺒﻮر از ﮐﺎرﺑﺮيﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ و ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻃﻮل ﺧﻂ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Determine the optimal path of the water pipeline where technical and engineering considerations, economic and environmental to be applied that need to techniques all effective parameters consider in determining the path. in this study (from Taleqan Dam to Hashtgerd New City) by first of effective parameters in determining the path conditions topography (slope, altitude), vegetation, land use, population density, length of pipeline, river and road, areas and important areas, residential, environmentally sensitive areas and centers (religious-culture) determined and using the base map and extract the locus of points of interest from Google Earth to take action field operations navigation and to harvest land navigation. then the data layer related target parameters in GIS environment to load and then apply the specific weighting the operations of production cost map based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) rate, mix and finally the optimal path using the lowest cost algorithm is determined. finally ABFA path and the optimal path are compared. compare determine the optimal path using ArcGIS software and IDRISI shows the two paths coincide and compare the designed path with the ABFA path costs will be reduced by 14 percent. ABFA path major additional cost resulting intersection more with the river and the road, passing through unauthorized areas, passing through different land uses with higher costs and finally increase the pipeline.
