Identifying the Contextual Factors Influencing the Empowerment of Physical Education Teachers

هدف از اين تحقيق شناسايي عوامل زمينه اي مؤثر بر توانمندسازي معلمان تربيت بدني بود. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر استراتژي توصيفي و به لحاظ شيوه گردآوري داده ها در زمره تحقيقات پيمايشي قرار دارد كه به صورت ميداني به اجرا در آمده است. جامعه آماري، اساتيد، خبرگان دانشگاهي و اجرايي آموزش و پرورش كه به طور مستقيم و يا غير مستقيم با مسائل تربيت بدني در ارتباط بوده و در در زمينه مديريت ورزش، درس تربيت بدني و توانمندسازي، تخصص و اطلاعات منحصر به فرد داشتند. همچنين معلمان تربيت بدني آموزش و پرورش استان آذربايجان شرقي مي باشند نمونه آماري در بخش خبرگان به شيوه اشباع نظري و در بخش معلمان تربيت بدني به صورت خوشه اي نسبي از مناطق و نواحي مختلف آموزش و پرورش استان آذربايجان شرقي با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان انتخاب شدند. از ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه به منظور گرد آوري اطلاعات استفاده شده است. براي اطمينان از روايي محتوايي و سازه از نظر اساتيد و خبرگان مديريت ورزشي و تحليل عاملي، پايايي از شاخص‌ آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS و به روش مدل يابي معادله ساختاري انجام شده است. نتايج مدل يابي ساختاري ضمن برازش مدل نشان داد عوامل فرهنگي، ارتباطات، فناوري وعوامل اقتصادي از عوامل زمينه اي تأثير گذار بر توانمندسازي معلمان تربيت بدني هستند و فناوري و ارتباطات بيشترين تأثير را بر توانمند سازي معلمان تربيت بدني دارد.

The purpose of this study was to identifying the contextual factors influencing the empowerment of physical education teachers. The present study is practical in terms of intention, strategically descriptive and in terms of data collection method is a survey research that has been conducted in the field. Statistical community are professors, academics and education executives who were directly or indirectly related to physical education issues and had unique expertise and information in the field of sports management, physical education and empowerment courses. Also, physical education teachers of East Azerbaijan province are statistical samples, where in the section of experts were chosen with theoretical saturation method and in the section of physical education teachers, they were selected in the form of relative cluster from different regions and areas of East Azerbaijan province Education using Krejcie and Morgan table. Questionnaire and interview tools were used to collect information. Cronbach's alpha index was used to ensure the content and the structure validity of professors and experts in sports management and factor analysis. Data analysis was performed by using Smart PLS software and structural equation modeling method. The results of structural modeling while fitting the model showed that cultural factors, communication, technology and economic factors are the contextual factors affecting the empowerment of physical education teachers and among them, technology and communication have the greatest impact on the empowerment of physical education teachers.
