بررسي قابليتها و مزاياي رايانش ابري در توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الكترونيك

Investigation of the Capabilities and Advantages of Cloud Computing in Development of Electronic Communications Services

هدف مقاله حاضر بررسي قابليتها و مزاياي رايانش ابري در توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الكترونيك در صنايع فولاد استان يزد با بهرهبرداري از روش تركيبي تصميم گيري چندمعياره، محاسبات منطق فازي و روش مدلسازي PLS بود. روش پژوهش حاضر تلفيقي (كيفي و كمي) بود و با ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه صورت گرفت. جامعه آماري شامل اساتيد دانشگاهي صاحبنظر در حوزه موردبررسي و متخصصان فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات شاغل در صنايع فولاد استان يزد بودند كه از بين آن‌ها 320 نفر در سال 1398 با تركيبي از دو روش نمونه گيري غيراحتمالي هدفمند و تصادفي انتخاب شدند. يافتهها با توجه به محاسبات فازي نشان داد مهم‌ترين معيار در خوشه مزيت رايانش ابري، «كاهش هزينه ها» با 191/0، «خدمت سريعتر به مشتريان» با وزن فازي 120/0 و «برقراري ارتباط با مشتريان» با وزن شبكهاي فازي 096/0 به ترتيب بودند. مهم‌ترين معيار در خوشه قابليت‌هاي رايانش ابري در توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الكترونيك نيز، «ذخيره سازي اطلاعات در خدمات ارتباطات الكترونيك» برابر با 123/0 بودند. درنهايت، تحليل مسير بين «توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الكترونيك» و «قابليتهاي رايانش ابري» با توجه به بارهاي تحليل عاملي تأييدي برابر با 566/0 و بين توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الكترونيك و مزيت رايانش ابري برابر با 521/0 حاصل شد. نتايج نشان داد فناوري رايانش ابري با توسعه خدمات ارتباطات الكترونيك صنايع فولاد يزد داراي رابطه و تأثيرگذاري مثبت است.

The aim of this paper was to investigate the capabilities and advantages of cloud computing in the development of electronic communications services in steel industries of Yazd province utilizing hybrid multi-criteria decision-making method, Fuzzy logic computing, and PLS modeling technique. The research approach is mixed (quantitative and qualitative), and it was performed by interview and questionnaire tools. Statistical population included university professors that were experts in the studied field as well as information and communication technology specialists working at the steel industries of Yazd province. 320 experts in the society were selected in 1398 by the combination of non-probability purposive and random sampling. The findings using Fuzzy logic showed that the most important criteria in the advantage cluster of cloud computing are "costs reduction", "faster service to the customers", and "communication with the customers" with fuzzy weights of 0.191, 0.120, and 0.096, respectively. The most important criterion in the capabilities cluster of cloud computing in the development of electronic communications services is "saving information in electronic communications services" equaled to 0.123. Finally, path analysis between "development of electronic communications services" and " capabilities of cloud computing" according to the confirmatory factor of analysis loads was equal to 0.566, and between "development of electronic communications services" and "cloud computing advantage" was equal to 0.521. Thus, based on the findings, it can be stated that cloud computing technology has a positive and effective relationship with the development of electronic communications services of steel industries of Yazd.
