ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰزداﯾﯽ روﯾﮑﺮدي ﺟﻬﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎلزاﯾﯽ و اﯾﺠﺎد زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣﺤﺮوم و ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ ﮐـﻪ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي اول ﺗﺎ ﭼﻬﺎرم ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰزداﯾﯽ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و ﻣﺆﺛﺮي در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﮑﻮﻧﺘﮕﺎه ﻫـﺎي ﭘﯿﺮاﻣـﻮن ﺧﻮد داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰزداﯾﯽ از ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ و ﻣﺤﻠﯽ زﻣﯿﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ اﺧﺘﯿﺎرات را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣـﯽ ﮐﻨـﺪ ﮐـﻪ اﯾـﻦ اﻣـﺮ ﻣﺼـﺪاق ﺑﺎرزي از اﺛﺒﺎت ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي در ﻋﻤﻞ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮي راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ و ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن در راﺳـﺘﺎي رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ رﺿﺎﯾﺘﻤﻨﺪي روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ از ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط در ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻮﺿـﻮﻋﺎﺗﯽ اﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ در ﺣﯿﻄـﻪ ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻫﻤﻮاره ﺑﺎ آن ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻧﻔﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر اﻗﺘﺼـﺎدي از دﯾـﺪﮔﺎه روﺳـﺘﺎﯾﯿﺎن ﺑـﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎزي AHP و ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﺪ ﻫﺪف از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از دﯾﺪ ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري داده ﻫـﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘـﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ي آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻧﻔﺖ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﺖ ﺣﯿﺪرﯾـﻪ ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ . ﺟﻬـﺖ ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از آزﻣﻮن k-s و آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒـﺎخ و ﺑـﺮاي ﺗﺄﯾﯿـﺪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ از روش ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در ﻧﯿﻤـﻪ دوم ﺳـﺎل 1399 اﻧﺠـﺎم ﮔﺮدﯾـﺪ . ﺑـﺎ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻓﺮﻣـﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان در ﯾﮏ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري 50 ﺗﺎي ﺗﻌﺪاد 34/44 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 44 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻌﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺟﻬـﺖ ﺗﮑﻤﯿـﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر در ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ روﺣﯿـﺎت و ﺗﻌﻠﻘـﺎت ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫـﺎي ﺑﺤﺮاﻧـﯽ ﺑﻮدن و اﻣﮑﺎن ﭘﺬﯾﺮي و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، داﻧﺶ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ﺷﻐﻞ در ﻣﻌﯿـﺎر ﻋﻼﻗـﻪ ﻣﻨـﺪي و ﺗﻤﺎﯾـﻞ ﺑـﻪ ﮐـﺎر، ﺑﯿﺸـﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗـﺄﺛﯿﺮ را در ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
A decentralization process is a technique used to increase employment in deprived and less developed areas, as emphasized in Iran's first to fourth development plan. To achieve this issue, a suitable and useful environment must be created for the growth of these areas. Decentralization from cities to rural areas lays the groundwork for energy distribution, demonstrating economic development in action. Finding out how to enhance efficiency and leverage individuals' full ability to achieve corporate goals has long been one of the challenges that businesses have faced. The purpose of this research is to use an AHP modeling approach and empowerment criteria to analyze the influence of oil company employee empowerment on the economic structure from the perspective of villagers. The research is of the application kind, and the type of data collection is the descriptive-survey type. The research is applied, and the data collection method is a descriptive survey. The study's statistical population consists of all Torbat Heydarieh Oil Company personnel. To acquire research data, a standard empowerment questionnaire was employed. The k-s test and Cronbach's alpha were used to confirm the questionnaire, and the regression correlation coefficient was utilized for final validation. The current investigation was carried out in the second half of 1399. The Cochran formula is used to find an optimal sample size from a population of 50 people, which yields 44.34 people. As a result, 44 employees were chosen as a sample to complete the questionnaire. The paper's findings indicate that the work environment index in the criterion of empowerment, knowledge, and job skills index in the criterion of interest in work, and morale and belonging to the organization index in the criticality and feasibility criteria have the greatest impact on human resource empowerment.
