The position of the virtual city in creating employment and sustainable tourism development (Case study of District 12 of Tehran)

امروزه هيچ صنعتي بدون بهره برداري از فناوري هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطاتي ، نمي تواند نقشي تعيين كننده در رقابت هاي ملي و فراملي ايفا كند. گردشگري عنصر اصلي حركت بسوي احياء و باسازي مناطق( شهري)است هدف تحقيق حاضر جايگاه شهري مجازي در ايجاد اشتغال و توسعه پايدار گردشگري منطقه 12 تهران بوده، كه نوشتار حاضر با اين رويكرد كه گردشگري در محدوده مطالعه داراي پتانسيل هاي فراواني است و مي تواند با تمركز بر شاخصهاي شهر مجازي توسط مسولان سازمان هاي دولتي و غير دولتي (NGO)مورد توجه ويژه قرار گيرد واين امر باعث رونق و توسعه محدوده مورد مطالعه قرار گيرد انجام گرفته، روش تحقيق در مقاله حاضر براساس هدف كاربردي، و براساس روش و ماهيت توصيفي- تحليلي بوده؛كه به منظور رسيدن به اين اهداف از روشهاي تجزيه و تحليل درآمد حاصل از توريست و تاثير آن بر اشتغال و بيكاري استفاده شده است. بنابراين لازمه رسيدن به يك توسعه پايدار بويژه در زمينه توسعه گردشگري پايدار نگاه ويژه و غيرآمرانه(برنامه ريزي از پايين به بالا) به مقوله گردشگري كه يكي از شقوق رسيدن به توسعه پايدار است مي باشد. و شهر مجازي و گردشگري در صورتي توسعه و اشتغال پايدار منطقه را بدنبال دارد كه از محيط زيست منطقه و منابع زيستي محيطي و ميراث فرهنگي آن حفاظت كند و حرمت جامعه بومي و ساكن منطقه را پاس بدارد.

Today, no industry can play a decisive role in national and transnational competition without the use of information and communication technologies. Tourism is the main element of the movement towards the revitalization and reconstruction of (urban) areas. The aim of this study is the virtual urban position in creating employment and sustainable development of tourism in Tehran's 12th district. Focusing on the indicators of the virtual city should be paid special attention by the officials of governmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and this should lead to the prosperity and development of the study area. - It has been an analysis that in order to achieve these goals, methods of analyzing the income from tourists and its impact on employment and unemployment have been used. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve a sustainable development, especially in the field of sustainable tourism development, a special and non-arbitrary look (bottom-up planning) to the category of tourism, which is one of the ways to achieve sustainable development. an‎d the virtual city and tourism seeks sustainable development and employment of the region if it protects the environment of the region and its environmental resources and cultural heritage, and respects the dignity of the indigenous community living in the region.
