تحليل مولفه زيبايي شناسي در منظر شهري با تاكيد بر كيفيت بلند مرتبه‌ها (نمونه موردي:بلوار 45 متري ائل گلي شهر تبريز، ورودي جاده ائل گلي تا تقاطع اتوبان شهيد كسايي)

Analysis of the aesthetic component in urban landscape design emphasizing the quality of high rise buildings (Case Study: ELGOLI Boulevard axis of Tabriz City- From the Entrance of the ELGOLI road to the intersection of Kasai Highway)

اين تحقيق به بررسي نقش زيبايي شناسي در ارتقاء كيفيت منظر شهري با هدف ارزيابي بلوار 45 متري ائل گلي با تاكيد بر بلندمرتبه ها بوسيله پارامترها و شاخص‌هاي استخراج شده از تحقيق بر اساس نظريه‌هاي صاحب نظران و مولفان پرداخته شده است. روش تحقيق عمدتاً توصيفي، تحليلي و ميداني است. اطلاعات مورد نياز تحقيق از طريق منابع مختلف بصورت تطبيقي- تحليلي با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و استفاده از اسناد، مدارك و گزارش‌ها و بخشي با مراجعه به ارگان‌هاي دولتي نظير شهرداري منطقه2، سازمان فضاي سبز و پاركها گردآوري شده است. بر اساس روش مطالعات ميداني، داده هايي مشتمل بر عكسبرداري پانورما، مشاهدات عيني از دو سمت بلوار ائل گلي در 4 سكانس گردآوري شده است. جامعه آماري شامل 500 نفر در چهار گروه مشتمل بركارشناسان و مديران اين حوزه، اساتيد و دانشجويان رشته معماري دانشگاه سراسري تبريز و شهروندان (شامل كسبه، ساكنين و رهگذر) و گردشگر داخلي و خارجي مي‌باشد. منطق نمونه گيري در انتخاب محدوده مورد مطالعه و جامعه آماري به ترتيب هدفمند و تصادفي مي‌باشد. تحليل داده‌ها ازطريق نرم افزار SPSS انجام مي گيرد. براي مقايسه ابعاد كيفيت بصري منظر شهري بلند مرتبه هاي بلوار 45 متري ائل گلي در بين چهار گروه مورد بررسي از آزمون واريانس يكطرفه استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از عدم رضايت شهروندان، كارشناسان و مديران، متخصصان از كيفيت منظر شهري بلوار 45 متري ائل گلي با تاكيد بر بلند مرتبه ها مي باشد كه بهبود اين امر نيازمند همكاري همه گروههاي شركت كننده در اين مطالعه مي باشد.

This research investigates the role of aesthetics in improving the quality of urban landscape with the aim of evaluating the 45-meter-wide El-Goli boulevard with emphasis on the high-rise items through the parameters and indices extracted from the research based on theories of scholars of experts and authors. The research method is mainly descriptive, analytical, and field. The required information of the present research collected through the various sources as comparative-analytical using library resources, documents, records and reports and the remaining part collected by visiting governmental organizations including municipality-district 2, Organization of green space and parks. Based on field studies, data including Panoramic photography and objective observations from both two sides of the El-Goli Blvd. in four sequences collected. The statistical society compromises 500 people in four groups consisting of experts and administrators of this field, professors and students of architecture of Tabriz University and citizens (including tradespeople, residents and passers-by), domestic and foreign tourists. The logic of sampling for selection the study area and statistical society are targeted and randomly respectively. Data analysis is carried by SPSS software. One-way variance test was used among the four groups of studies to compare the dimensions of the visual quality for the urban landscape of high-rise buildings in 45 meter El-Goli boulevard. The results of the study indicate non-satisfaction of the citizens, experts, managers and experts regarding the urban visual quality of high-rise buildings on 45-meter-wide El-Goli Blvd. which requires improvement and co-ordination among all the groups participated in this study.
