The Role of Facilitators in Promoting Women's Entrepreneurship: Implications for Facilitation Training

اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي و تبيين كاركردها و قابليت‌هاي تسهيلگران براي پيشبرد كارآفريني زنان روستايي انجام شد تا از نتايج بدست‌آمده، براي كاربست تسهيلگري در ترويج كشاورزي بهره گرفته شود. اين تحقيق پيمايشي در شهرستان گاليكش، استان گلستان انجام شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل تسهيلگران و زنان روستايي بودند و نمونه‌‌ها به صورت تصادفي طبقه‌اي انتخاب شدند (n= 204). ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه‌اي محقق ساخته بود كه بر حسب مرور پيشينه و نيز مصاحبه با گروهي از آگاهان كليدي در قالب يك الگوي سه‌ بعدي تدوين شد؛ روايي محتوايي آن برابر نظر و ديد گروه خبرگان و پايايي آن با محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (960/0- 964/0) و پايايي تركيبي (962/0- 967/0) تأييد شد. بنابر يافته‌ها، بيشتر پاسخگويان، كاركردهاي تسهيلگران (06/47 درصد)، قابليت‌هاي تسهيلگران (94/52 درصد) و پيامدهاي تسهيلگري براي كارآفريني زنان روستايي (57/46) را در سطح متوسط ارزيابي كرده‌اند. طبق ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن، رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري بين سه مولفه كاركردهاي تسهيلگري، قابليت‌هاي تسهيلگري و پيامدهاي تسهيلگري وجود دارد. طبق آزمون مدل ساختاري، متغيرهاي پژوهش، 75 درصد از واريانس متغير وابسته پيامدهاي تسهيلگري را تبيين مي‌كنند و متغير مستقل قابليتها 9/58 درصد از واريانس متغير ميانجي كاركردها را تبيين مي‌كند. با در نظر گرفتن اين يافته‌ها، مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت شكل‌گيري جريان پايدار كارآفريني در بين زنان روستايي نيازمند بهره‌گيري از تسهيلگراني است كه از قابليت لازم برخوردار بوده و كاركرد خود را براي حمايت از زنان در فرآيند كارآفريني به صورت هدف‌مند به انجام برسانند.از اينرو، تلفيق و تقويت آموزش تسهيلگري در برنامه ها و دوره هاي آموزش ترويج كشاورزي براي پرورش و ارتقاي قابليتهاي مورد نظر در مسير توسعه حرف هاي كارگزاران ترويجي، ضروري به نظر مي رسد.

The aim of this research was to identify and explain the functions and capabilities of facilitators to promote rural women's entrepreneurship so that the results can be used to integrate facilitation in agricultural extension. This survey research was conducted in rural areas of Galikesh county, Goles tan province. The s tatis tical population of this s tudy included facilitators and rural women of Galikesh county. The respondents (n=204) were selected by s tratified random sampling. The research tool was a researcher-made ques tionnaire that was developed based on the literature review and interviews with a group of key informants in the form of a tri-dimensional model; its content validity according to the opinions of the expert group, and its reliability by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient [α = .964, α = .960 ] and C.R. [.967, .962] was confirmed. According to the findings, mos t of the respondents evaluated the functions of facilitators (47.06%), the capabilities of facilitators (52.94%), and the facilitation impacts (46.57) at a moderate level. According to the Spearman correlation coefficient, there is a positive and significant relationship between the three components of facilitation functions, facilitation capabilities, and facilitation impacts. According to the s tructural model tes t, the research variables explain 75% of the variance of the dependent variable, the consequences of the facilitators' activities, and the independent variable of capabilities explains 58.9% of the variance of the mediating variable of functions. Considering these findings, it can be concluded that the formation of a sus tainable s tream of entrepreneurship among rural women requires the use of facilitators who have the necessary capabilities and targeted their function to support women in the entrepreneurial process. Therefore, it seems necessary to integrate and s trengthen facilitation training in agricultural extension education programs and courses to develop and improve the professional capability development of extension practitioners.
