هدف: معلمان بزرگ به‌سان الگويي نيكو براي ديگران همواره به دارا بودن شخصيتي ‌اثر بخش در طول زندگي و نيز دريافت معاني حقيقي از ‌زندگي شناخته مي‌شوند. شناخت و دريافت ‌معنا از زندگي به‌عنوان ابزار كليدي در حل مسائل و دارا بودن اثربخشي در طول و عرض زندگي با استفاده از نگاه معمول به ابعاد شخصيتي افراد ميسور نمي‌گردد. هوش معنوي، مجموعه‌اي از توانايي‌ها براي استفاده از فرصت‌ها است كه مي‌تواند زندگي و سازگاري فرد را پيش‌بيني و به نمايش بگذارد. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي هوش معنوي بر مبناي ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي شهيد محراب آيت‌الله سيداسدالله مدني است. روش‌شناسي پژوهش: در اين پژوهش براي شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي هوش معنوي از روش كيفي تحليل مضمون و مدل هوش معنوي ايمونز استفاده كرده است. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش بر اساس تحليل مضمون صورت گرفته، 28 مضمون اصلي و 29 مضمون فرعي از ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي شهيد مدني را شناسايي نمود. نتيجه‌گيري: مضامين اصلي و فرعي شناسايي ‌شده با مراحل پنج‌گانه مدل هوش معنوي ايمونز كه شامل قابليت تعالي، ورود به سطح معنوي بالاتر، توانايي يافتن تقدس در فعاليت‌ها و رويدادها، بكارگيري منابع معنوي براي حل مسائل زندگي، توانايي انجام رفتار فاضلانه است، منطبق است

Abstract Target: Great teachers, as a good role model for others, are always known to have an effective personality throughout life as well as to receive true meanings from life. Recognizing and receiving the meaning of life as a key tool in solving problems and being effective throughout life is not possible by using the usual view of the personality dimensions of individuals. Spiritual intelligence is a set of abilities to take advantage of opportunities that can predict and demonstrate one's life and adjustment. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of spiritual intelligence based on the personality traits of the martyr of the altar, Ayatollah Seyyed Assadollah Madani. Research Methodology: This research has used the qualitative method of content analysis and Emmons spiritual intelligence model to identify the components of spiritual intelligence. Results: Based on the content analysis, the research findings identified 28 main themes and 29 sub-themes of Shahid Madani personality traits. Conclusion: The identified main and secondary themes are consistent with the five stages of Emmons' model of spiritual intelligence, which include excellence, entering a higher spiritual level, the ability to find sanctity in activities and events, using spiritual resources to solve life problems, and the ability to perform virtuous behavior.
