Explaining the pillars of Iranian future farmers' education approach from the perspective of agricultural education specialists

همگام با رشد جمعيت جهان، تغيير اقليم و همچنين پيشرفت روزافزون دانش و فناوري‌ در حوزه علوم كشاورزي، نظام‌هاي آموزش كشاورزي بايد نسل كنوني و آينده كشاورزان را براي حل مشكلات و چالش‌هاي قرن پيش رو، رقابت در عرصه داخلي و جهاني، رويارويي با نوسانات و عدم قطعيت‌هاي ناشي از تغيير اقليم و همچنين بكارگيري بهينه از فناوري‌هاي نوين آماده سازند. نيل به اين اهداف مستلزم بازبيني و به‌روزرساني مداوم نظام‌هاي آموزش كشاورزي و پيش‌بيني و تدوين مولفه‌هاي نظام مطلوب آموزش كشاورزان آينده مي-باشد. هدف اصلي اين مطالعه بررسي اركان رهيافت نوين آموزش كشاورزي به منظور تربيت كشاورزان آينده در ايران از ديدگاه صاحبنظران و متخصصان نظام آموزش كشاورزي مي‌باشد. داده‌هاي مورد نياز در اين پژوهش با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي طي سه مرحله جمع‌آوري شد. با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي كندال مشخص شد كه پس از پايان مرحله سوم توافق و اتفاق نظر قوي بين پاسخگويان حاصل شده و اجراي تكنيك دلفي متوقف شد. جامعه آماري اين مطالعه شامل اعضاي هيات علمي گروه‌هاي ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي در دانشكده‌هاي كشاورزي، معاونين آموزشي مراكز تحقيقات و آموزش كشاورزي و اعضاي هيات علمي و كارشناسان موسسه آموزش و ترويج كشاورزي بودند كه 26 نفر آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري گلوله برفي خطي انتخاب و نظرخواهي تا رسيدن به مرحله اشباع نظري نيز ادامه يافت. در نهايت پس از جمع‌بندي پاسخ‌ها، اركان رهيافت آموزش كشاورزان آينده ايران شامل آرمان و فلسفه، اهداف، راهبردها و راهكارها و برنامه‌هاي اجرايي شناسايي و مورد تبيين و تحليل قرار گرفتند.

Considering the world's population, climate change, and the advancement of agricultural science and technology, agricultural education systems have to address the current and future generations of farmers to solve the problems and challenges of the coming century, Competition domestically and globally and with fluctuations and uncertainties caused by climate change as well as the optimal use of agricultural technologies. Achieving these goals requires continuous review and updating of agricultural education systems, and development of components of a desirable system for training future farmers. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the pillars of a new approach to agricultural education in order to train future farmers in Iran from the perspective of experts and specialists in the agricultural education system. The data required in this study were collected using Delphi technique in two stages. The statistical population of this study included all faculty members of agricultural extension and education departments in agricultural colleges, educational assistants of agricultural research and training centers, and faculty members and experts of the Agricultural Education and Extension Institute. 26 of them were selected using snowball sampling method. Sampling continued until the theoretical saturation stage was reached. Finally, after summarizing the answers, the pillars of the future farmers' education approach, including ideals and philosophy
