چكيده فارسي :
بنابر آمار سازمان ملل متحد، تعداد سالمندان تا سال 2050 بيش از دو برابر ميشود و از 841 ميليون نفر به 2 ميليارد نفر ميرسد. ازجمله مسائل مهمي كه در دورۀ سالمندي نيز مطرح است سبك زندگي است. محققان در اين پژوهش از مدل بومي استاندارد داخلي موجود در خصوص سبك زندگي سالمندان استفاده كردند كه داراي 5 بُعد پيشگيري؛ فعاليت هاي جسمي، تفريحي، سرگرمي و ورزشي؛ تغذيۀ سالم؛ مديريت تنش و روابط اجتماعي و بينفردي است. در اين پژوهش، از دو راهكار همبستگي و توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماري تمام شهروندان تهراني با حداقل 60 سال سن هستند. نتايج نشان داد كه رسانهها در ابعاد پيشگيري، تغذيۀ سالم و روابط اجتماعي و بينفردي نقش دارند؛ درحاليكه بر ابعاد فعاليتهاي جسمي، تفريحي، سرگرمي و ورزشي و مديريت تنش تأثير معناداري ندارند.
چكيده لاتين :
According to UN statistics, it is estimated that the number of elderly people will be more than double by the year 2050 and it would increase from 841 million to 2 billion. One of the most important issues, like other periods of life in old age, is lifestyle. In this period of life people would use media content like other ages and even more as they have more free time. Using media could help them to find and choose better lifestyle and information . In aging time the changes in media coverage could open new window for elderly, and help them to achieve their goals. The researcher used the existing internal standard model for the elderly lifestyle that includes 5 dimensions of prevention, physical activity, recreation, entertainment and sports, healthy eating, stress management and social and interpersonal relationships. In this study, a descriptive correlational and descriptive survey strategy was used. The statistical population is all citizens of Tehran who are at least 60 years old. The results showed that the media play a role in the dimensions of prevention, healthy nutrition, and social and interpersonal relationships. However, they did not have a significant effect on physical activity, recreational, entertainment, sport and stress management.
