Islamic Revolution, Religious Democracy and Women's Political Participation

يكي از مهم ترين راه هاي دستيابي به توسعه، مشاركت تمام افراد جامعه است و اين امر در گرو برقراري روابط و مناسبات اجتماعي مطلوب و عادلانه امكان پذير است. مشاركت سياسي زنان يكي از موضوعات مهمي است كه شاخص مهم، در فرآيند توسعه پايدار هر جامعه اي محسوب مي شود. هر چه جامعه از روابط اجتماعي انساني تر و عادلانه تر برخوردار باشد، مشاركت و همكاري افراد بيشتر و بهتر مي گردد. در واقع مشاركت معلول ساختارها و كاركرد روابط اجتماعي و نحوي توزيع امكانات، منابع، نحوه تقسيم كار و مسوليت ها در جامعه است. تغيير و تحولاتي كه در دهه هاي اخير در حوزه سياسي و اجتماعي زنان در ايران بوجود آمده است، افزايش سطح تحصيلات، مشاركت در زمينه هاي مختلف اجتماعي و سياسي و اقتصادي و به طور كلي تلاش آنها براي كسب نقش هاي مختلف در اجتماع نشان دهنده فعال شدن نقش زنان در عرصه هاي مختلف است. اما با اين حال مشاهده مي شود كه حضور و مشاركت زنان در رده هاي بالاي مديريتي داراي مشكلات جدي مي باشد. در اين بين پرسشي مطرح است اين كه آيا پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي تاثيري بر كيفيت مشاركت سياسي زنان داشته است؟ چه موانعي بر سر راه مشاركت سياسي زنان وجود دارد؟ نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد با توجه به اينكه آموزه هاي انقلاب اسلامي بر استقلال طلبي، ظلم ستيزي، عدالت اجتماعي و عدالت جنسيتي تاكيد دارد و اين مفاهيم در مشاركت تجهيزي زنان نقش اساسي را داشته است و كمتر به مشاركت از نوع مستقل آن توجه شده است. ساختار و بافت سنتي كه بر تار و پود فكر و انديشه ي مردم جامعه تنيده شده است، متاثر از فرهنگ سياسي جامعه ايران مي باشد و به نظر مي رسد مانع جدي براي احقاق حقوق و مشاركت زنان محسوب مي شود.

One of the most important ways to achieve development is the participation of all members of society, and this is possible through the establishment of desirable and just social relations. Women's political participation is one of the important issues that is an important indicator in the process of sustainable development of any society. The more humane and just society has social relations, the more and better the participation and cooperation of individuals. In fact, disability participation is the structure and function of social relations and the distribution of facilities, resources, division of labor and responsibilities in society. Changes and developments that have occurred in recent decades in the political and social field of women in Iran, increasing the level of education, participation in various social, political and economic fields and in general their efforts to gain different roles in society show the activation of the role Women are in different fields. However, it can be seen that the presence and participation of women in senior management has serious problems. In the meantime, the question arises whether the victory of the Islamic Revolution had an effect on the quality of women's political participation? What are the barriers to women's political participation? The results show that the teachings of the Islamic Revolution emphasize on independence, oppression, social justice and gender justice, and these concepts have played a key role in women's equitable participation and less attention has been paid to independent participation. The traditional structure and texture that is woven into the fabric of thought and thought of the people of the society is influenced by the political culture of the Iranian society and seems to be a serious obstacle to the realization of women's rights and participation.
