باز شناسي اصل «نه شرقي و نه غربي» با تاكيد بر ديدگاه امام خميني (ره)

Recognition of the principle of "neither East nor West" with emphasis on the view of Imam Khomeini

عدم وجود تعريفي جامع و مانع از اصل نه شرقي و نه غربي و فقدان اجماع در خصوص معناي آن در بين گروه هاي سياسي موجب شده تا برداشت هاي مختلفي از آن صورت بگيرد. حتي برخي ها معتقدند تاريخ مصرف اين اصل به پايان رسيده است. از اين رو بازشناسي اين اصل از زبان انديشمندان و خصوصا امام خميني داراي اهميت ويژه اي است؛ مطالعه حاضر بر آن است تا با بازشناسي مفهوم نه شرقي و نه غربي به تبيين علي آن به مثابه اصل اساسي حيات انقلاب اسلامي بپردازد تا درك درستي از اين اصل و حال جمهوري اسلامي داشته باشيم. بنابراين در پرسش اصلي مي توان گفت اگر بخواهيم در يك تحليل منصفانه درك درستي از اصل «نه شرقي و نه غربي» و حال جمهوري اسلامي داشته باشيم چه مسايلي را بايد مدنظر داشته باشيم؟ فرضيه مقاله مي گويد: اصل نه شرقي و نه غربي، استراتژي كلان سياست خارجي جمهوري اسلامي است كه موانع و مشكلات و فرصت هاي عديده اي را در پيشگاه ملت مسلمان ايران قرار داده است. اين فرضيه در پژوهش حاضر در خلال بررسي اسنادها و با بهره گيري از روش اسنادي- تحليلي به آزمون نهاده شده است. يافته هاي پژوهش بر اساس اسناد و قانون اساسي، اصل نه شرقي و نه غربي را اين گونه ترجمه كرده اند: عدم اتكا به غرب و شرق، رفتار عادلانه محور روابط با شرق و غرب، عدم گرايش به سوي شرق و غرب، تعيين سرنوشت خويش و حفظ استقلال.

The lack of a comprehensive definition of the neither Eastern nor Western principle and the lack of consensus on its meaning among political groups have led to different interpretations of it. Some even believe that the expiration date of this principle has expired. Therefore, recognizing this principle from the language of thinkers, especially Imam Khomeini, is of special importance; The present study intends to recognize the concept of neither Eastern nor Western, to explain it causally as the basic principle of the life of the Islamic Revolution in order to have a correct understanding of this principle and the present of the Islamic Republic. Therefore, in the main question, we can say that if we want to have a correct understanding of the principle of "neither East nor West" and the Islamic Republic in a fair analysis, what issues should we consider? The article hypothesis states: "Neither Eastern nor Western principle is the grand foreign policy strategy of the Islamic Republic, which has presented many obstacles, problems and opportunities to the Muslim nation of Iran." This hypothesis has been tested in the present study during the review of documents using the documentary-analytical method. The findings of the research based on the documents and the constitution have translated the principle of neither East nor West as follows: non-reliance on West and East, fair behavior based on relations between East and West, lack of orientation towards East and West, determination Self-destiny and maintaining independence.
