چكيده فارسي :
تحقيق حاضر، بهبررسي تأثير روز نگهداري بر استفادۀ بهينه از اقلام سرمايه‌اي آمادي پرداخته است و هدف آن، تحقق عمر انقلابي اقلام سرمايه‌اي آمادي، شناسايي فرصت‌ها و تهديدهاي اجراي روز نگهداري بوده و همچنين از ديگر اهداف اين تحقيق، اصلاح دستورالعمل‌ها و رويه‌ها، كاهش هزينه‌هاي تعمير، تأمين و جايگزيني و همچنين ايجاد ساز و كاري جهت استفادۀ حداكثري از منابع و حفظ وضع موجود بوده است. به اين منظور، پس از اخذ نظرات نخبگان و كارشناسان، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي تحقيق، تعيين شد و الگوي مفهومي براساس برنامه‌ريزي، سازماندهي، هماهنگي، كنترل، فناوري، آموزش، فرهنگ و مديريت دارايي‌ها طراحي گرديد. اين تحقيق ازنظر روش، پيمايشي و ازلحاظ نوع انجام تحقيق، توصيفي- تحليلي است؛ زيرا، وضعيت كنوني بررسي و توصيف مي‌شود، بنابراين اين تحقيق توصيفي است و از اين جهت كه اطلاعات جمع‌آوري‌شده ازطريق پرسشنامه تجزيه و تحليل مي‌شوند، تحليلي است. به‌علاوه، تلاش شده است، به مقولۀ روز نگهداري به‌صورت علمي و كاربردي پرداخته شود. بر اين اساس، استفادۀ بهينه از اقلام سرمايه‌اي آمادي بايد به‌عنوان يكي از موضوعات اصلي و راهبردي سازمان مورد توجه قرار گيرد تا زمينۀ لازم براي تحقق عمر انقلابي ابزار و تجهيزات فراهم گردد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها نشان داد، روز نگهداري با برنامه‌ريزي مناسب، سازماندهي، هماهنگي، كنترل و فرهنگ‌‌سازي در استفادۀ بهينه از اقلام سرمايه‌اي آمادي مي‌تواند تأثيرگذار باشد. بنابراين، لازم است نگرش كاركنان با بهره‌گيري از تشويق و تنبيه تغيير كند تا اين انگيزه و تفكر در آنها ايجاد شود كه نگهداري نياز به پول ندارد و با يك بازديد ساده، تعويض جزئي، تنظيم و سرويس به‌موقع، ميتوان از وقوع بسياري خسارات جلوگيري نمود.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study investigates the influence of maintenance day on the optimal use of logistical investment items and its aim is to realize the revolutionary life of logistical investment items, identify opportunities and threats of the maintenance day, modify instructions and procedures in case of necessity, reduce repair costs, supply and replace, and also create a mechanism in order to make maximum use of resources and maintain the status quo. For achieving this aim, after obtaining the opinions of elites and experts, the dimensions and components of the research were determined and the conceptual model was designed based on planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, technology, training, culture, and belongings management. This research is a kind of survey in terms of method and descriptive-analytic in terms of type of conducting since both the status quo is investigated and collected data through the questionnaire are analyzed; therefore, it is analytic. Furthermore, it is endeavored to investigate the maintenance day scientifically and practically. Accordingly, the optimal use of logistical investment items has to be paid attention to as one of the main and strategic issues of the organization in order to provide necessary circumstances to realize the revolutionary life of the equipment. The analysis of the data indicated that the maintenance day with suitable planning, organizing, coordinating, and culture creation could be effective in the optimal use of logistical investment items. Therefore, the attitudes of the staff must be changed using encouragement and punishment in order to motivate them and create the thought that maintenance does not need money and by a simple inspection, minor replacement, and well-timed adjustment and service many damages can be prevented.
