تحليل جامعه‌شناختي تأثير امنيت اجتماعي بر پيشگيري از آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي

The Impact of Social Security on Prevention of Social Harms: a Sociological Analysis

آن­چه عامل مخاطره‌آميزبودن امنيت و از تهديدات قابل توجه اين مقوله است، رواج‌­يافتن يا شيوع آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي در جامعه است. در نوشتار حاضر، اهميت، نقش و تأثير امنيت اجتماعي به­‌عنوان مقولۀ مهم جامعه‌شناختي بر آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي كه درمقام يكي از مؤلفه‌هاي مهم انحراف و جرم است، مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. اهداف نوشتار حاضر، بررسي ادبيات مفهومي‌ جامعه‌شناختي امنيت و آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي، تجزيه و تحليل و نقد و همچنين بررسي اين دو مؤلفه و بيان رابطۀ معكوس بين آن­ها با عنوان رابطۀ ديالكتيك است. روش تحقيق به­‌صورت مرور متون مطالعاتي و گردآوري مطالب نوشته شده است. در برخي كتب و مقالات، با بهره‌گيري از الگوي نظري طراحي­‌ شده توسط محققين و نظريات جامعه‌شناسي كنترل اجتماعي هيرشي و فشار اجتماعي اگنيو انجام شده است. پس از تحليل و تشريح مفاهيم امنيت اجتماعي و آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي براساس ديدگاه‌هاي جامعه‌شناختي، ادبيات مفهومي و بهره‌گيري از الگوي نظري، چنين نتيجه‌گيري حاصل شد كه بين اين دو عنوان رابطۀ معكوس وجود دارد

What is a risk factor for security and one of the significant threats in this category is the prevalence of social harms in society. In the present paper, the importance, role and impact of social security as an important sociological category on social harms, which is one of the important components of deviance and crime, has been studied. The aims of the present article, while examining the conceptual literature of sociology of security and social harms, are to analyze and critique these two components and to express the inverse relationship between them as the dialectical relationship. The research method is written by reviewing study texts and collecting materials. In some books and articles, Hirsch's social control and Agnio's social pressure have been carried out using a theoretical model designed by researchers and sociological theories. After analyzing and explaining the concepts of social security and social harms based on sociological perspectives, conceptual literature and using the theoretical model, it was concluded that there is an inverse relationship between the two titles
