چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮ دوﻟﺘﯽ، ﻫﻤﻮاره اﯾﻦ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﭘﺮﺑﺎزﺗﺎب اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺻﺮﻓﺎ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ و اﺳﺘﻌﺪادﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي ﺑﺮاي ﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﮐﺎﻓﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﯾﮏ اﺻﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺗﯿﻢﻫﺎي ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن ﮐﺎري ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ راه ﺣﻞﻫﺎي ﺧﻼق و ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه، ﻫﺮ روز دﺷﻮارﺗﺮ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪﻟﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﺮدن و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻊ ﻓﻌﻠﯽ ﮐﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﯽ در اداره ﮐﻞ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻓﺎرس ﺑﻮد.
روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ: روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﯽ و ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﺳﺘﺎدان ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ در ﺣﻮزه ﮐﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﯽ و اﻓﺮاد ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﻫﻤﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ردهﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻻ و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﯽ و ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره ﮐﻞ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻓﺎرس ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 207 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻮد، ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻋﻠﻤﯽ و ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﺗﻌﺪادي ﺑﺎ ﻗﻀﺎوت ﻣﺤﻘﻖ، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻋﻤﯿﻖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آوردن ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. از ﮐﻞ اﻓﺮاد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 135 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺳﻬﻢ ﻫﺮ ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺖ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ و ﺳﺮاﻧﺠﺎم ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از روش ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ اﺟﺰاء ﻣﺪل و آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻞ ﻣﺪل ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد و آزﻣﻮن T ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ :ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺑﻌﺪ و 37ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد،
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﺮدن ﮐﺎر ﺗﯿﻤﯽ در اداره ﮐﻞ ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻓﺎرس در ﻫﻤﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪل )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﻠﯽ، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪﮔﺮ، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ و ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎ( ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮ از ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: In governmental and non-governmental organizations today, the concept is always reflected that not only individual abilities and talents are not enough to achieve goals, but also an important principle that people can work together and in the form of various work teams. Also, finding creative and new solutions to complex problems is becoming more difficult every day, so the purpose of this study was to provide a model for institutionalizing and examining the current state of teamwork in the General Welfare Department of Fars Province. Methodology: The research method was combined. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes experts of the Welfare Organization in relation to teamwork and scientific experts of related professors in the field of teamwork and experts and the statistical population in the quantitative section of all senior and middle managers and employees of the General Department of Welfare of Fars Province 207 people Was. Sampling method the qualitative part of the sampling was purposeful, a number of scientific experts and professional experts were selected as a sample by the researcher, and in-depth interviews were conducted with them. Cochran's formula was used to obtain a small sample size. From the total population, 135 people were selected as the sample size, which were randomly selected as the share categories of each deputy and finally selected by simple random method. For qualitative analysis, thematic analysis and content analysis were used. Data analysis and testing of hypotheses related to the components of the model and testing of the whole research model were performed using the data data method and one-sample t-test, respectively. Research based on a research model consisting of five dimensions and 37 components showed, conclusion: Institutionalizing teamwork in the General Department of Welfare in Fars province in all dimensions and components of the model (including causal conditions, contextual conditions, interventionist conditions, strategies and consequences) lower It was moderate
