چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﺟﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮل ﮔﺮا درﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮد. روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺣﻮزه ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ اﺷﺘﺮاوس و ﮐﻮرﺑﯿﻦ)25-10(، ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻔﺮ ﺷﺎﻧﺰدﻫﻢ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد و ﭘﺲ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن، از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎز ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽﺷﺪه و ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﻣﺤﻮري و اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ آﻧﺘﺮوﭘﯽ ﺷﺎﻧﻮن ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰارMAXQDA ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ در 2 ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺮدي و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ 11 ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ )ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮح زﯾﺮ( و 28 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ: ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺗﻌﻬﺪآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ)0403/(، ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﻣﺤﻮري)0436/(، رﻫﺒﺮي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺗﺤﻮل ﮔﺮا)0451/(، ﻣﺴﻮوﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي)0432/(، ﻧﮕﺮش ﻓﺮدي)0413/( ، ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﻓﺮدي)0472/( ، ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﺷﻐﻠﯽ)0521/( ،ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي )0419/( ، ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد)0462/( ، ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺘﯽ)0461/( ، ﺟﻮ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ )0438/( . ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ دو ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺮدي و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و 11 ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ذﮐﺮ ﺷﺪه ،ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﺑﻬﺴﺎزي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺗﻬﺮان ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction & Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions, components and factors of human resource improvement with a transformational leadership approach in the Tehran Education Organization. Methodology: The research method was qualitative. The statistical population of this study consisted of experts and specialists in the field of human resources and according to Strauss and Corbin (10-25), after the interview with the sixteenth person, theoretical saturation took place. Data were collected using foundation data theory and after conducting semi-structured interviews with experts, through re-identified coding and axial and selective coding using Shannon entropy technique. Data analysis was performed using MAXQDA software. Results: Finally, in 2 individual and organizational dimensions, 11 components (as follows) and 28 indicators were identified: culture of commitment (0403), central justice (0436), transformational moral leadership (0451), responsibility ( / 0432), Individual Attitude (0413), Personal Communication (0472), Job Adjustment (0521), Vocational Learning (0419), Performance Evaluation (0462), Supportive Policies (0461), Ethical Climate (0438 /). Conclusion: The results showed that the two individual and organizational dimensions and the 11 components mentioned are factors that can be effective in improving the human resources of the Tehran Education Organization
