چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮات ﺗﺠﻮﯾﺰ ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ ﻧﺎﻧﻮذراتﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم و ﺳﻠﻨﯿﺖﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺑﺮ ﻓﺮاﺳﻨﺠﻪﻫﺎي ﺧﻮﻧﯽ در ﺑﺰﻫــﺎي ﺳــﺎﻧﻦ آﺑﺴــﺘﻦ ﮐﻠﻮن و ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻠﻮن در دوره اﻧﺘﻘﺎﻟﯽ و ﻧﺘﺎج ﮐﻠﻮن و ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻠﻮن آنﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. 24 ﺑﺰ ﺳﺎﻧﻦ آﺑﺴﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي 8 ﺗﺎﯾﯽ ) 4ﺑﺰ ﮐﻠﻮن و 4 ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻠﻮن( ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم، ﺳﻠﻨﯿﺖﺳﺪﯾﻢ و ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )آبﻣﻘﻄﺮ( ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ روزاﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 10روز- از 21روز ﭘــﯿﺶ از زاﯾﻤــﺎن- ﺑــﺎ دُز mg/kg 0/05 ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺑﺮداري از ﺧﻮن ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻓﺮاﺳﻨﺠﻪﻫﺎي ﺧﻮﻧﯽ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺳﺮﻣﯽ ﺳــﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﺑــﻪ ﺻــﻮرت ﻫﻔﺘﮕﯽ از دو ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ از زاﯾﻤﺎن ﺗﺎ دو ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﭘﺲ از آن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸــﺎندﻫﻨﺪه اﻓــﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﯿﺸــﺘﺮ ﺳــﻄﺢ ﺳــﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﺳــﻠﻨﯿﻮم در ﺑﺰﻫــﺎ و ﺑﺰﻏﺎﻟﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻮﻟﺪﺷﺪه از آنﻫﺎ، در ﮔﺮوه ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﺖﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮ اﺳــﺎس ﻧﺘــﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳــﺖ آﻣــﺪه، ﻣﯿــﺰان ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﮐﺮﯾــﺖ در روز زاﯾﻤﺎن و WBC، ﻧﻮﺗﺮوﻓﯿﻞﻫﺎ و ﻟﻨﻔﻮﺳﯿﺖﻫﺎ در روزﻫﺎي زاﯾﻤﺎن و ﻫﻔﺘﻢ ﭘﺲ از زاﯾﻤﺎن در ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻨﺪ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، اﺧــﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ )P<0/05(، در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ در ﮔﺮوه ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳــﻠﻨﯿﻮم ﻧﺴــﺒﺖ ﺑــﻪ ﺳﻠﻨﯿﺖﺳــﺪﯾﻢ ﻣﻌﻨــﯽدار ﺑــﻮد )P<0/05(. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ در ﺑﺰﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﻮن و ﻏﯿﺮﮐﻠﻮن اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻣﺸــﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸــ ﺪ؛ ﺑــﺮ اﯾــﻦ اﺳــﺎس ﻣﯽﺗــﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﺠﻮﯾﺰ ﺧﻮراﮐﯽ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺳﻠﻨﯿﻮم در دوره اﻧﺘﻘﺎﻟﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑــﻪ ﺳــﻠﻨﯿﺖ ﺳــﺪﯾﻢ، ﻣﻮﺟــﺐ اﻓــﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣــ ﺆﺛﺮﺗﺮ ﻫﻤﺎﺗﻮﮐﺮﯾــﺖ، WBC، ﻧﻮﺗﺮوﻓﯿﻞﻫﺎ و ﻟﻨﻔﻮﺳﯿﺖﻫﺎ در ﺑﺰﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﻧﻦ در ﺣﻮاﻟﯽ زاﯾﻤﺎن و در ﺑﺰﻏﺎﻟﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻮﻟﺪﺷﺪه از آنﻫﺎ در ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﻧﺨﺴﺖ زﻧــﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﯽﺷــﻮد، ﻫﻤﭽﻨــﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﻮنﺳﺎزي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮي در ﺗﺎﺑﻠﻮي ﺧﻮﻧﯽ ﺑﺰﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﻧﻦ در ﺣﻮاﻟﯽ زاﯾﻤﺎن و ﻧﺘﺎج آنﻫﺎ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻧﻤﯽﮐﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of oral administration of selenium nanoparticle (SeNPs) and sodium selenite (NaSe) in cloned (using SCNT) and non-cloned Saanen pregnant goats in transition period on hematological parameters of goats and their SCNT and non-cloned offspring, including PCV, WBC, neutrophils and lymphocytes. 24 pregnant Saanen goats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=8 in each group; 4 SCNT and 4 non-cloned) as follows: SeNPs, NaSe and control. Intervention (dosage: 0.05 mg/kg daily) commenced for 10 days, about 3 weeks before parturition. Blood samples were collected in goats: on days 14 and 7 before parturition, the day of parturition and on days 7 and 14 after parturition, and in kids: on the day of birth and 7 and 14 days after birth. The results revealed that SeNPs group had a higher increase in serum selenium level than NaSe and control groups. According to hematological parameters evaluations, on days 0 and +7, there was a significant increase in WBC, neutrophil and lymphocytes population, as well as a significant increase in PCV on day 0, in treatments compared with control, and in SeNPs compared with NaSe (P<0.05). Moreover, there was a significant correlation between changes in serum selenium levels and hematological parameters (P<0.05). In the current study, there were no significant difference between the cloned and non-cloned goats’ parameters. Therefore, it can be inferred that oral prescription of Nano selenium in transition period can positively influence hematological parameters including PCV, WBC, neutrophils and lymphocytes of both Sannen goats at the time of parturition and their offspring, more effectively than oral prescription of Sodium selenite. Also, it may be concluded that cloning does not alter the hematological parameters of Sannen goats around parturition and their offspring.
