چكيده فارسي :
آب نقش بسيار اساسي و حياتي براي زندگي انسان دارد و عنصر اصلي تمدن و شكوفايي فرهنگي بشر است. باورها و ارزش‌هاي ديني توصيه به برنامه‌ريزي صحيح براي مصرف آب دارد و آن را به حيات تشبيه كرده است. حفظ هر تمدني منوط به حفظ منابع آبي آن سرزمين است. از اين رو اين احساس نياز، لازم مي‌دارد تا نگاهي مبسوط و جامع به آموزه‌هاي وحياني و نقش و اهميت آب ارائه شود. به‌طور قطع اهميت و ضرورت حفظ و نگهداري منابع آبي بر هيچ موجود زنده‌اي پوشيده نيست؛ نگاه به توصيه‌هاي قرآن اين فهم را بوجود مي‌آورد كه چگونه و با چه راهكار‌ها و انديشه‌هايي مي‌توان در حفظ آن اقدام نمود. در اين مقاله از روش كتابخانه‌اي و هم‌چنين استفاده از كتب و منابع معتبر ديني، از جمله آيات قرآن، معاني و تفاسير معتبر و روايات اسلامي استفاده شده است. با بررسي آيات و روايات به اين نتيجه ميرسيم كه حيات همه موجودات زنده به آب بستگي دارد آبي كه مبدأ آن باران نازل شده، از آسمان است. در زمان حال و آينده هر كسي اگر منابع آبي بيش‌تري را دارا باشد و در مديريت صحيح نگهداري و مصرف آب تلاش كند و آن را به سمت بهره‌وري سوق دهد مي‌تواند اميد داشته باشد كه روز به روز قدرت و شوكت وي افزايش يابد. لهذا در اين زمينه همه انسان‌ها به‌ويژه دانشمندان و دولتمردان بايد برنامه‌ريزي كوتاه‌مدّت و بلندمدّت دقيقي براي اين امر داشته باشند تا نسل‌هاي آينده از اين نعمت الهي نيز بهرمند شوند.

Water has a very fundamental and vital role for human life and is the main element of human civilization
and cultural flourishing. Religious beliefs and values advise proper planning for water consumption and
liken it to life. The preservation of any civilization depends on the preservation of the water resources of
that land. Hence, this sense of need necessitates a comprehensive and comprehensive look at the revelatory
teachings and the role and importance of water. Certainly the importance and necessity of preserving water
resources is not hidden from any living thing, looking at the advice of the Qur'an creates an understanding
of how and with what strategies and ideas can be done to preserve it. In this article, the library method
is used as well as the use of authentic religious books and sources, including Quranic verses, authentic
meanings and interpretations, and Islamic traditions. Examining the verses and hadiths, we come to the
conclusion that the life of all living beings depends on water, the source of which is rain from the sky. At
present and in the future, anyone can hope that his power and glory will increase day by day if he has more
water resources and strives in the proper management of water conservation and consumption and leads it
to productivity. Therefore, in this regard, all human beings, especially scientists and statesmen, must have
careful short-term and long-term planning for this so that future generations will also benefit from this
divine blessing.
