The rotation of political elites in Iran after the Islamic Revolution

نخبگان مفهوم محوري در جامعه شناسي و علوم سياسي است و عليرغم مفهوم پردازي هاي مختلف انتقادات زيادي بر آن وارد است. نخبگان به خصوص نخبگان سياسي از ديرباز تاكنون نقش مهمي در تحولات جوامع در ابعاد مختلف داشته و دارند. انقلاب اسلامي ايران، نقطه عطفي در تاريخ تحولات سياسي- اجتماعي دنياي معاصر محسوب گشته كه تغييرات زيادي را به همراه داشته است. پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي در سال 57 نماد پيروزي يك حكومت مبتني بر ارزش ها و اعتقادات بود كه فصل تازه اي در جنبش هاي مردمي گشود و جايگاه باورهاي ايديولوژيك را ارتقا داد. در اين نظام نخبگان سياسي از موقعيت برجسته اي برخوردار هستند و نقش مهم و بسزايي را در تصميم گيري هاي اساسي در ابعاد مختلف ايفا مي كنند. بررسي رفتار نخبگان سياسي در ايران پس از انقلاب اسلامي بويژه در دو دهه اخير حكايت از تداوم ويژگي رفتاري و فرهنگي نخبگان سياسي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران دارد. پرورش و گزينش نخبگان سياسي در ايران بعد انقلاب يك الگوي سامان مند و از پيش طراحي شده ندارد. در كنار تداوم اين ويژگي ها در نخبگان عوامل ديگري مانند ناكارآمدي نهاد هاي سياسي كه خود ريشه در رفتار نخبگان دارد منجر به بروز تحولات بسياري در عرصه سياسي و اجتماعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران به ويژه در دهه اخير شده است. در اين مقاله به چرخش نخبگان سياسي پس از انقلاب اسلامي در ايران تاكيد داريم. پژوهش حاضر از نوع كيفي و گردآوري داده ها از طريق كتاب ها و مقاله ها انجام شده است.

Elite is a central concept in sociology and political science, and despite various conceptualizations, it has been widely criticized. Elites, especially political elites, have long played an important role in the evolution of societies in various dimensions. The Islamic Revolution of Iran has been a turning point in the history of socio-political developments in the contemporary world, which has brought about many changes. The victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1957 was a symbol of the victory of a government based on values ​​and beliefs that opened a new chapter in popular movements and promoted the status of ideological beliefs. In this system, political elites have a prominent position and play an important and significant role in fundamental decisions in various dimensions. The study of the behavior of political elites in Iran after the Islamic Revolution, especially in the last two decades, indicates the continuation of the behavioral and cultural characteristics of political elites in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Raising and selecting political elites in Iran after the revolution does not have a well-organized and pre-designed model. In addition to the persistence of these characteristics in the elite, other factors such as the inefficiency of political institutions that are rooted in the behavior of the elite have led to many developments in the political and social arena of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially in recent decades. In this article, we emphasize the rotation of political elites in Iran after the Islamic Revolution. The present study is of qualitative type and data collection has been done through books and articles.
