پيش بيني نگرش نسبت به مسئوليت بر اساس حسّ انسجام و هوش اجتماعي(مورد مطالعه: فرماندهان نيروي انتظامي در سطح شهرستانها)

Prediction the sense of responsibility based on the sense of coherence and social intelligence (case study: police commanders at the county level)

در جامعۀ فرماندهان نيروي انتظامي، مسئوليت‌پذيري يكي از مسائلي است كه نيازمند تقويت و توسعه است و شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر آن، مي‌تواند در نحوۀ شكل‌دهي آن مفيد باشد؛ اين پژوهش به منظور پيش‌بيني نگرش نسبت به مسئوليت بر اساس حسّ انسجام و هوش اجتماعي انجام پذيرفت. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي و جامعۀ آماري آن متشكل از كليۀ فرماندهان نيروي انتظامي در سطح شهرستان‌ها بود كه به صورت تصادفي ساده 82 نفر از آنها نمونه‌گيري شدند. از پرسشنامه‌هاي نگرش نسبت به مسئوليت(Salkovskis, 2000)، پرسشنامۀ حس انسجام(Antonovsky, 1987) و پرسشنامۀ هوش اجتماعي(Aung Tun Thet, 2008) استفاده شد و از شيوۀ تجزيه‌ و تحليل اطلاعات رگرسيون چندمتغيرۀ گام ‌به‌گام استفاده شد. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون گام ‌به‌گام چندمتغيره نشان داد هوش اجتماعي و مؤلفۀ مهارپذيري از حس انسجام مي‌توانند به صورت معنا‌داري نگرش نسبت به مسئوليت را پيش‌بيني نمايند(P<0.001). در جمع‌بندي مي‌توان گفت هوش اجتماعي و حسّ انسجام به ‌عنوان مكمل يكديگر در پيش‌بيني نگرش نسبت به مسئوليت نقش بازي مي‌كنند؛ هوش اجتماعي با افزايش استرس و حسّ انسجام با افزايش اعتماد به نفس.

In the community of policemen, responsibility is one of the issues that needs to be strengthened and developed and identification of the factors affecting it can be useful in its formulation; hence, this study aims to predict the responsibility attitude based on the sense of coherence and intelligence socially done. This research was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study was consisted of all police commanders at county level and 82 of them were randomly selected. Responsibility Attitude Questionnaires (Salkovskis, 2000), Sense of coherence questionnaire (Antonovsky, 1987) and social intelligence questionnaire (Aung Tun Thet, 2008) were used. The method of analyzing the data was stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that social intelligence and the manageability component of sense of coherence can significantly predict the responsibility attitude (P<0.001). In a summing up, it can be stated that social intelligence and sense of coherence play a complementary role in prediction of the responsibility attitude; social intelligence with increased stress and a sense of coherence with increased self-esteem.
