چكيده فارسي :
هدف از تحقيق حاضر شناسايي و رتبه بندي عوامل موثر بر امنيت مجموعه هاي ورزشي بود. روش تحقيق آميخته تركيبي از روش هاي كيفي و كمي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل دو بخش كيفي و كمي بود. در بخش كيفي، خبرگان (اساتيد دانشگاهي) مديريت اماكن ورزشي بودند كه تعداد 11 نفر اعضاي پنل دلفي جامعه را تشكيل مي دادند. در بخش كمي، جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را مديران و كاركنان مجموعه هاي ورزشي شهر كرج بودند (785=N). مراحل اجراي اين تحقيق را مي توان در قالب 2 مطالعه كلي تشريح كرد. در مطالعه اول، مهم‌ترين عوامل موثر بر امنيت مجموعه هاي ورزشي از ديد خبرگان شناسايي شد كه عبارتند از: كنترل محيطي، كنترل ورودي ها، بررسي صلاحيت و اعتبار نامه افراد، سيستم هاي حفاظت فيزيكي، مديريت ريسك، مديريت امور اضطراري، ارتباطات، پرسنل امنيتي، آموزش (الگو سازي و شبيه سازي)، محافظت در برابر مواد سمي، ساختار مكان ورزشي و اقدامات فرهنگي. در مطالعه دوم نيز، عوامل بدست آمده از مطالعه قبلي، در قالب پرسشنامه اي در ميان اعضاي نمونه آماري توزيع شد و با استفاده از روش هاي تصميم گيري چند معياره، عوامل بدست آمده رتبه بندي شدند. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان دادند كه، سيستم هاي حفاظت فيزيكي مهم ترين عامل در تامين امنيت مجموعه هاي ورزشي مي باشد و بعد از آن به ترتيب پرسنل امنيتي، ساختار مكان ورزشي، بررسي صلاحيت و اعتبارنامه افراد، كنترل ورودي ها، مديريت امور اضطراري، كنترل محيطي، آموزش، مديريت ريسك، ارتباطات، محافظت در برابر مواد سمي و اقدامات فرهنگي قرار دارند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the security of Iranian sports complexes. The mixed research method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of this study consists of two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative section, sports management experts have comprised 11 Delphi panel members. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of this study is managers and staff of Karaj sports complexes (N = 785). In the qualitative section, all 11 Delphi Panel Experts have been selected as the sample. In the quantitative section 121 questionnaires have been returned to the researcher. The process of performing this research can be described in two general studies. In the first study, based on the fuzzy Delphi method, experts have identified the most important factors affecting the security of sports complexes: Environmental Control, Entrance Control, Qualification and Accreditation, Physical Protection Systems, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Communications, Security Personnel, Training (Modeling and Simulation), Protection against Toxic Substances, Sports Location Structure and Cultural Activities. In the second study, the factors obtained from the previous study have been distributed among the members of the sample through a questionnaire and the factors have been prioritized using multi- Attribute decision-making methods. The results of this study show that physical protection systems are the most important factor in securing sports complexes, followed by security personnel, sports facility structure, qualification and accreditation, entrance control, emergency management, environmental control, Education, risk management, communication, protection against toxic substances and cultural practices.
