ارائه برنامه توانمندسازي تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان شاهد و ايثارگر داراي افت تحصيلي

Presenting an academic empowerment program for Martyr and Veteran students with academic failure

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسايي عوامل افت تحصيلي و ارائه برنامه‌اي براي توانمندسازي تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان شاهد و ايثارگر و همچنين ارائه پيشنهادهايي عملياتي جهت ارتقاي پيشرفت تحصيلي اين دسته از دانش‌آموزان انجام‌شده است. روش: اين پژوهش توسعه‌اي و ماهيتي اكتشافي دارد. ازلحاظ روش‌شناسي نيز ازآنجاكه گردآوري و تحليل داده‌ها و اطلاعات، با استفاده از روش‌ و ابزار كيفي همچون نظريه داده بنياد صورت گرفته، روش پژوهش به‌صورت كيفي مي‌باشد. مشاركت‌كنندگان شامل كليه دانش‌آموزان داراي افت تحصيلي، معلمان و مديران و معاونين مدارس شاهد، كارشناسان آموزشي بنياد شهيد شهرستان سنندج و همچنين اداره كل آموزش‌وپرورش استان كردستان و والدين دانش‌آموزاني كه داراي افت تحصيلي بودند كه در مطالعه حاضر 40 مورد مصاحبه انجام‌شده است. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته بود. قبل از ارائه برنامه توانمندسازي تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان شاهد و ايثارگر، مهم‌ترين دلايل و عوامل افت تحصيلي و همچنين راهكارهاي كاهش افت تحصيلي و افزايش پيشرفت تحصيلي بررسي شد و برنامه ارائه‌شده مبتني بر عوامل افت تحصيلي است. براي اعتبارسنجي نتايج مستخرج از تحليل مصاحبه‌ها و نيز برنامه توانمندسازي تحصيلي از دو روش بازبيني توسط مشاركت‌كنندگان (حلقه‌هاي بازخورد) و مرور توسط خبرگان غير شركت‌كننده در پژوهش (دو نفر از اساتيد) استفاده و پس از دريافت نظرات اصلاحي مدل نهائي و نيز برنامه نهائي ارائه شد. نتايج: براساس نتايج برنامه توانمندسازي تحصيلي شامل پنج مرحله است. مرحله اول تحت عنوان تعيين وضعيت يا نيازسنجي؛ دومين مرحله برنامه‌ريزي تحصيلي؛ سومين مرحله نظارت و پيگيري تحصيلي؛ در مرحله چهارم تحت عنوان اجرا و آخرين مرحله برنامه توانمندسازي تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان شاهد و ايثارگر تحت عنوان ارزشيابي و بازخورد نام‌گذاري شدند. در هر مرحله برنامه شامل ارائه استراتژي و اقداماتي در سطح فردي دانش‌آموزان، والدين و خانواده، مدرسه، بنياد و اداره كل آموزش‌وپرورش در سطح استان و نيز سازمان بنياد شهيد است. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: برنامه پيشنهادي مي‌تواند به‌عنوان يك برنامه عملياتي در شروع سال تحصيلي براي ارتقاي پيشرفت تحصيلي و كاهش افت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان شاهد و ايثارگر در سطح كشور توسط وزارت آموزش‌وپرورش و نيز بنياد شهيد و امور ايثارگران مورداستفاده قرار گيرد.

Introduction: This study aimed to present present a program for academic empowerment of Martyr and Veteran Students and also to identify factors and provide operational suggestions to improve the academic achievement of this group of students and at the same time to expand the existing literature and provide new perspectives on the achievement of Martyr and Veteran Students. Method: This research has a developmental and exploratory nature. Participants included all students with academic failure, teachers and principals and assistants of SHAHED schools, educational experts of the Martyr Foundation of Sanandaj, as well as the General Directorate of Education and parents of students with academic failure. In the present study, 44 interviews were conducted. Before presenting the educational empowerment program for Martyr and Veteran students, the most important reasons and factors of academic failure as well as strategies to reduce academic failure and increase academic achievement were reviewed and the presented program is based on academic failure factors. Results: The academic empowerment program consists of five stages. The stages are named 1. determination or need assessment, 2. academic planning; 3. academic supervision and Follow up; 4. implementation and 5. the academic empowerment program named as the Martyr and Veteran students evaluation and feedback. Each stage of the program includes the presentation of strategies and actions at the individual level of students, parents and families, school, foundation, and the General Directorate of Education in the province and the organization of the Martyr Foundation. Discussion and Conclusion: The proposed program can be used as an operational plan at the beginning of the school year to improve academic achievement and reduce the dropout of Martyr and Veteran students in the country by the Ministry of Education and the Foundation for Martyrs and Veterans Affairs.
