ارزيابي كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري بر مبناي ديدگاه جنسيتي (مطالعه موردي: شهر جديد عاليشهر)

Assessing the quality of urban public spaces based on gender perspective (Case study: Alishahr new city)

عدم دسترسي عادلانه به فضاهاي شهري موجب ايجاد توانايي‌ها و حقوق متفاوت جنسيتي مي‌شود. در اين راستا، اگرچه ممكن است فضا به اشتراك گذاشته شود و جنسيت‌ها در آن سهيم شوند، ولي اين مسئله بسته به مكان‌ها و زمان‌هاي مختلف متفاوت خواهد بود. در اين بين، بيشتر زنان با محدوديت فضايي و زماني سهيم شدن فضاهاي شهري روبه‌رو مي‌باشند. بنابراين سنجش نگرش جنسيتي از كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري و شناسايي نقاط ضعف اين فضاها مي‌تواند به ارتقاي آنها و طراحي فضاهاي مناسب براي آنها منجر گردد. با توجه به اهميت موضوع، هدف از تحقيق حاضر ارزيابي نگرش جنسيتي از كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهر جديد عاليشهر بوده است. بنابراين روش تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي-توسعه‌اي و از نظر ماهيت تحليلي-اكتشافي مي‌باشد كه به‌منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون T-test در نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ي آماري تحقيق نيز شامل شهروندان بالاي 15 سال شهر جديد عاليشهر بوده كه حجم نمونه بر مبناي مدل كوكران 384 نفر تعيين گرديده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق با بررسي 15 متغير در 4 شاخص اصلي عملكردي-كالبدي، انعطاف‌پذيري، اجتماعي-تعلق مكاني و امنيت و احساس آرامش روحي-رواني نشان مي‌دهد كه تنها 3 متغير از نظر بانوان شهر جديد عاليشهر در فضاهاي عمومي مناسب بوده و به‌طور كلي كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي اين شهر براي آنها مطلوب نمي‌باشد. همچنين بر مبناي آزمون دو نمونه‌اي مستقل t، فرض برابري ميانگين‌ها (H0) رد مي‌شود و قابل بيان است كه تفاوت قابل ملاحظه‌اي از نظر رضايت از ميزان كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهر (رضايت بيشتر مردان) وجود دارد.

Lack of fair access to urban spaces leads to different gendered abilities and rights. In this regard, although the space may be shared and the genders may share, this will vary depending on the place and time. In the meantime, most women face the space and time constraints of sharing urban spaces. Therefore, measuring the gender attitude of the quality of urban public spaces and identifying the weaknesses of these spaces can lead to their promotion and design of suitable spaces for them. Due to the importance of the subject, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the gender attitude of the quality of public spaces in the new city of Alishahr. Therefore, the research method is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and analytical-exploratory in terms of nature, which in order to analyze the data, t-test was used in SPSS software. The statistical population of the study also included citizens over 15 years old in the new city of Alishahr, whose sample size was determined based on the Cochran model of 384 people. Findings of the research by examining 15 variables in 4 main indicators of functional-physical, flexibility, social-spatial belonging and security and feeling of peace of mind show that only 3 variables are suitable for women in the new city of Alishahr in public spaces and in general the quality of the public spaces of this city is not favorable for them. Also, based on the test of two independent samples t, the hypothesis of equality of means (H0) is rejected and it can be stated that there is a significant difference in terms of satisfaction with the quality of public spaces in the city (more satisfaction of men).
