هنجارسازي در اخلاق گفتماني هابرماس

Normativeization in Jürgen Habermas's discourse ethics

اخلاق گفتماني شيوه‌اي براي حكمراني تامّلات اخلاقي واگرا است و مي‌توان با اِعمال قدرت گفتمان، آن‌را عاملي براي يكپارچگي اخلاقي در جوامع واقعي براي استدلال اخلاقي دانست. فيلسوفان متعددي از جمله اپل و هابرماس اين رويكرد كلي را پذيرفته اند و البته هر كدام به نحوي آن را سامان دهي كرده اند. يورگن هابرماس هنجارها و حقايق اخلاقي را حاصل و برساخته اخلاق گفتماني در يك وضعيت آرماني مي‌داند. از نظر وي گزاره اخلاقي زماني صادق است كه در شرايط آرماني و كنشي ارتباطي نسبت به هنجارهاي اخلاقي به توافق برسيم. همچنين ما مي‌توانيم با توجه به آن شرايط آرماني گفتمان و كنش ارتباطي، امور اخلاقي را توجيه نمائيم. پژوهش حاضر مي‌كوشد فرايند هنجارسازي اخلاقي را در اخلاق گفتماني هابرماس تبيين، تحليل و نقد كند. در اين صورت ابتدا ماهيت و شرايط تحقق اخلاق گفتمان عقلي در نگاه هابرماس را بيان نموده و در ادامه قواعد لازم براي شركت‌كنندگان در گفتمان اخلاقي را بررسي مي‌كند. در نهايت نقدهاي وارد بر اخلاق گفتماني ارائه مي‌شود.

Jürgen Habermas is one of the constructivists who believes that moral facts do not have an independent existence and sees them as the result of discourse in an ideal situation. Of course, in his view, it is not that moral matters are arbitrary and that anyone can say anything, but that a moral proposition is true when we agree on moral norms in idealistic terms and in relation to action. We can also justify moral matters according to those ideal conditions of discourse and communicative action. The present study tries to explain, analyze and critique Habermas' theory of discourse ethics in the form of a model of moral constructivism. In this case, he first states the nature and conditions of the realization of the ethics of rational discourse in Habermas' view, and then examines the necessary rules for the participants in the moral discourse. Finally, he presents a critique of this model of moral constructivism, which is in the form of discourse ethics.
