چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﻘﻄﯿﺮ ﻏﺸﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻏﺸﺎﯾﯽ در ﺣﺎل رﺷﺪ، ﻃﯽ ﭼﻨﺪ دﻫﻪ ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ در ﺳﺮاﺳﺮ ﺟﻬﺎن ﻣﻮردﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﻘﻄﯿﺮ ﻏﺸﺎﯾﯽ، ﻧﻤﮏزداﯾﯽ آب ﺑﺎ ﺷﻮري ﺑﺎﻻ اﻣﮑﺎنﭘﺬﯾﺮ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮔﺮاﻓﻦ اﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﯾﮏ روش ﺳﺒﺰ ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و ﺧﻮاص آن ﺑﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰﻫﺎي FTIR و FESEM ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺷﺪ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ، ﮔﺮاﻓﻦ اﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻏﺸﺎي ﭘﻠﯽ وﯾﻨﯿﻠﯿﺪن ﻓﻠﻮراﯾﺪ ﺑﻪ روش ﻓﯿﻠﺘﺮاﺳﯿﻮن ﺧﻸ، ﻻﯾﻪ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻏﺸﺎي ﻣﺮﮐﺐ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﻘﻄﯿﺮ ﻏﺸﺎﯾﯽ ﺧﻸ ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﭘﺲزﻧﯽ ﻧﻤﮏ 99/99 درﺻﺪ و ﺷﺎر LMH 11/8 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Membrane distillation, as a growing membrane technology, has gained worldwide attention over the past few decades. It is possible to desalinate seawater by using membrane distillation process. In this project, reduced graphene oxide was synthesized by a green chemical method. Then, the structure and properties of the synthesized reduced graphene oxide was evaluated by performing FTIR and FESEM analyzes. Next, the synthesized reduced graphene oxide was coated on the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane by vacuum filtration method. Then, structural and functional evaluation of the fabricated composite membrane was performed in vacuum membrane distillation process. The optimized composite membrane reached 99.99% of salt rejection and 11.8 LMH of flux.
