چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻮﺗﻮرﻫﺎي دﯾﺰل ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از اﺳﺎﺳﯽﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﻞوﻧﻘﻞ و ﺻﻨﻌﺖ در ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﻣﺪرن ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺟﺬاب اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﻓﻨﯽ، ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد، ﺳﺎدﮔﯽ، ﻃﻮل ﻋﻤﺮ ﻣﻔﯿﺪ ﻃﻮﻻﻧﯽ و راﻧﺶﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ، ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﺧﺎص اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺗﻮرﻫﺎ را ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪدﻟﯿﻞ ﻓﺸﺎر ﺑﺎﻻ در ﭘﻤﭗﻫﺎ و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات ﺳﻮﺧﺖرﺳﺎﻧﯽ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺻﺤﯿﺢ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺗﻮرﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮﺧﺖ ﺗﻤﯿﺰ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات ﺗﺼﻔﯿﻪ ﺳﻮﺧﺖ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ زﯾﺎدي دارد. ﻓﯿﻠﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮي ﻣﺘﺪاول ﻋﻠﯽرﻏﻢ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﻧﺎﺧﺎﻟﺼﯽﻫﺎي ﮔﺎزوﺋﯿﻞ را ﺣﺬف ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ، از ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي ذرات ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻧﯽ ﻋﺎﺟﺰﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪﻋﻼوه ﺣﺬف ﻗﻄﺮات رﯾﺰ آب ﺑﻪوﺳﯿﻠﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻓﯿﻠﺘﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﻪﺳﺨﺘﯽ اﻣﮑﺎنﭘﺬﯾﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه از ﻧﺎﻧﻮاﻟﯿﺎف در ﯾﮏ دﻫﻪ اﺧﯿﺮ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ. ﻇﺮاﻓﺖ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ ﺑﺎﻻي ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﯿﻔﯽ آنﻫﺎ را ﻗﺎدر ﻣﯽﺳﺎزد ﮐﻪ در ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي ذرات رﯾﺰ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻧﯽ، دﻗﯿﻖ و ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻤﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻻﯾﻪ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻟﯿﻔﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ، ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺟﺬب آب و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي ذرات رﯾﺰ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﻧﯽ از ﮔﺎزوﺋﯿﻞ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Diesel motors are used vastly as main sources of power in industry and transportation in modern countries. They are heavy-duty and their durability and simplicity makes them technically and economically handy. Diesel engines performance depends on clean fuel, mainly because of injection equipment and ultra-high pressure pumps. So, the most appropriate fuel conditioning equipment must be used. Polymeric filter media are usually used in diesel fuel filtration. Despite removing most of diesel impurities, they are unable to trap micron-size particulates. In addition, small water droplets coalescence is rarely possible. Electrospun Nano-fibrous Membranes (ENMs) are increasingly gaining momentum for their filtration efficiency in the last decade. Fineness and large surface area per unit volume of ENMs make them an effective method for particulate removal and purification. In this study, optimized ENMs were prepared and their filtration performance of micron-sized particulate matters and separation of water droplets from diesel fuel was investigated.
